I usually hate when the dub adds fluff that wasn't originally there but "ahhhhhiforgotmytractorahhhh" is one of my few exceptions, especially with that Schemmel delivery 😂😂

There is a ton of humor to be derived from Dragon Ball. Sure, Dragon Ball Z was more serious and focused on the action, but the OG part of the story was heavily into the comedy. Remember, Akira Toriyama was a comedy manga artist first, before getting into the martial arts stuff. He loves making people laugh.

We got a suggestion for how to watch the first 28 episodes and are doing it that way which has proven to been fun so far. After 28 we are going to do all filler episodes and watch the whole series straight from that 😀

Dont listen to the people saying to watch the episodes of resurrection f. When they say theres differences its stuff that wont matter later on and are just there to add more run time.

While it's true it doesn't ultimately affect the story, the episodes did a much better job of making a certain highly anticipated rematch look worthy of the power levels of the characters involved. The movie version of that rematch looked as weak as the Raditz fight.

3:15 Majin Buu is reading a manga called "Neko Majin Z" which follows the short, but funny and enjoyable adventures of Neko Majin Z, a very strong cat that became Goku's martial arts' student during the 10 years of Peace part at the end of the story.

So, to clarify, it's revealed later that Chi-Chi didn't already spend that money. However, they don't have a lot in liquid assets as it's all tied up in investments and such.

Glad you guys are doing filelr like this! Filler in Super is the kind of funny and cute that Ive noticed you two really like. Hope to see you reaction to Piccolo's babysitting episode!

3:32 The presentator and the people who open Mr Satan's limo door are Pizza (the redhead), Caroni (the blond) and Pirozhki (bald, bearded guy). They were filler characters in the Cell Games section of the story, and they were Mr Satan's martial art students. They were very involved in all the parts of the Cell fight, but you dont know them because you saw TFS's version. Here is why. TFS, and more specifically KaiserNeko, hated just how often these filler characters stalled the progression of the story, that he singlehandledly went through ALL the sceenes where they appeared (which was every scene where Mr Satan and Jimmy Firecracker where together) and edited them out of existance. Later, he added this trio as papparazzi, rivals to Jimmy Firecraker's news station, who flew in with a helicopter that was promptly destroyed by Cell, thanks to the power of editing. And probably for KaiserNeko's satisfaction, Caroni's burnt body was shown falling off of the helicopter. (Also its funny) KaiserNeko wanted them VERY dead. Cadaveriffic, even.

wow... that Gt-inspirdd butt-wiggle dance was so traumatic for me that i think I fucking _blocked it out..._ from memory.... so thanks for resurfacing _that_ for me....

Oh my god, I forgot those filler idiots from the Cell Games were in this episode...

The only thing worth mentioning in the B.O.G. anime is that when Goku & Beerus fought, the shock waves from their punches almost destroyed the universe, specifically only 3 punches. You probably knew about this fact already since Death Battle brings it up a lot. If you're wondering how the universe is still intact, Goku figured out how to cancel out the shock waves by positioning his fist in a certain angle compared to Beerus'.

I always thought it was unfair how Chi Chi told Goku to return to work and stop fighting. Even if Goku did make another 100 mil through honest work, there's a high chance Chi Chi will spend it all again. Just because she saw Goku fight instead of work, he's punished by sleeping outside and going to bed hungry?! That's just cruel.

I know you are trying to move faster with the journey, going the Ressurection F arc in movie form instead of episode form, but there is one thing in the episodes I think you will miss (ribbit) out on (ribbit).

The only thing I would say is that the one difference from battle of gods is that beerus wasn't using his full power he lied to Goku. For resurrection of his do the movie

Mr. Satan may be the luckiest person on Earth but he's almost the most stressed person on Earth. Knowing that someone might expose you sooner or later and you'll lose everything is too stressful. To be honest, I rather not be in Mr. Satan's situation.

It's cool you're doing Super, but i can't help but notice several episodes were skipped. I mean yeah true the series redoes battle of the Gods, but i'd say it does it better than the movie did in my personal opinion. If only because it has more time to flush things out.

Kinda want them to react to the anime over the movie for this one

To be fair there are some notable differences to Resurrection F film to the episodes in the show.

I think y’all should actually watch the battle of gods episodes of beerus fighting goku because the fights in the episode are way different then the movie it’s not the same at all . The episode have better feats of power from both and it’s got a lot more funny moments while there fighting. Y’all should probably watch it just to see how different it is from the movie . @@Mari_Izu I watched the Original Dragon Ball & DBZ when they came out in my language, I have seen DBZA more times than I can count and I watched the entirety of DB Super in both sub and English dub. All of that despite the "humor". Something I can't say about stuff like One Piece, where I gave up after 4 episodes ^^

I can’t wait for use to get to trunks arc, you’ll love it.

the titles get VERY spoilery down the line.. Theres a MUCH bigger payoff if you dont hear or read it and just see what happens instead of them just telling you before you get to watch
