I started looking for a home to purchase here in south florida and the central Fl area about 2 months ago. I had to pause and step back for a min. The market is CRAZY! These people are buying up EVERYTHING everywhere! I’m going to wait until the end of year and 🙏🏾 that the market cools off a bit

Years ago I used to live in WPB I'm in Broward now. The market down here is crazzzzy with high prices. Also the homes in South Florida are getting smaller with no yard unless you check the western parts of the counties. Be Blessed

I am from Miami and I have lived in Royal Palm Beach for over 20yrs and Miami is only a short car ride away. Y'all will find what's best for the FAMILY!!! Happy house hunting take Y'all time and keep looking. During the house hunting process you can have multiple agents looking for your home. Even apt/home rentals are hard to find.TFS

There's a new report this morning that 40 bldgs have been deemed unsafe in last 6days they are all past due inspections...these bridges and bldgs are all Compromised and need Structural repairs.I been hearing about these unsafe bldg for years. Living on the beach sounds good but can be a great concern!!! Sink holes pop up all over Florida! Do your research? Be in the Know!!!...Pray and count our blessings God will watch over his children

The market has swiftly changed in all areas not just south Florida whether newly built or pre owned homes. Homes are selling above asking price and although we homeowners are sitting on excellent equity we can’t find anything! You would have been in a great position 4-6 months ago!

The housing market across the country is hot and overpriced. In Atlanta folks are bidding $20-$50K over asking, buying sight unseen and the sellers are adding clauses that won't allow folks to back out if the property doesn't appraise at the contract price. There's no negotiation period. Keep going though and hopefully you'll find your new home soon. I've heard of people finding a great house at a great price, it's just not often.

Don’t do it y’all. We don’t need anymore people moving here. Buildings are collapsing, there is trash everywhere, prices are too high, CRIME RATE IS MOST DEFINITELY TOOOO HIGH. We need people to LEAVE south Florida. Lol
