The new 400s are on their way to the Philippines! Prices have already been announced but we made sure to go to Italy to get an up and close look at the two bikes ourselves, or at least Jinno did. What no one can seem to answer is: Can the 400s be installed with Lowering Kits? Like in the Himalayans and Scrams?
Will it really be expressway legal here in the PH? Official specs indicate 398cc our Law explicitly states 400cc and above are only allowed on expressways 😅 can someone please clarify
