Something like Elf master in Bercy in 1993 between Prost, Senna and many f1 drivers or 1984 Mercedes Cup Nurburgring between the F1 champs and current drivers is something we desperately need to see again.

I'd love to see F1 do a "all star" race after every season where they all get in same-spec karts and race for charity. Get the drivers, commentators, engineers, team principals, retired drivers, the whole lot to have a mock F1 weekend, but with same-spec karts.

looool this reminds me of how i got into f1, i was studying in the library and procrastinating and ran into some of the f1 channels race radio highlights. i was laughing my ass off at some of them and then started watching race highlights, and then eventually full races. its even more fun now that im doing karting and sim racing...all because i decided to procrastinate :D so you see kids? procrastination is good!

@@orvilleclisby6748don’t kid yourself, it’s always racing and with being on LN karts and his team, he would have a slight advantage. No question. If Lando went to race a Ricciardo kart (Birel) it would be harder to set up and dial on for his driving style.

Nice Lando log and its cool to see Zak out there but daaamn! i bet RFM are charging the price of a house each season! My 8 year old is dominating in karting but theres no way i can fund the next level up in this sport. Thats life i guess. We still have a blast with our worn out honda cadet kart and make memories! Lads and their dads, the true essence of karting.

Oscar learned that corner and didn’t go deep the 3rd time and got the overtake!

By far my favorite driver pairing, such cool guys too and the most talented combo out there. I can't wait for them to win some GPs. :)

It's always great to see F1 drivers getting back behind a Karting wheel and enjoying themselves like in the "old days" :) Still to this day, Lando has been amongst the biggest advocates of the sport (and a brand-maker), even calling it "more fun" than other forms of racing, including F1, which is interesting... For info, that track day took place on the Franciacorta Kartodromo, home of the 2023 FIA Karting World Championship for OK & OK-Junior!
