It's not completely random.. I mean.. this video is about baseball cards.. and.. your comment was about baseball cards. A good example of completely random could be "I know this is completely random, but, I have std crabs on my ass hoke hair" That's more completely random, as I did did not speak cards, but of my ass hope. First of all anything serial numbered Doesn't qualifize as as ssp because it's already Numbered. Furthermore If there are 99 of them I wouldnt call it an ssp anyhow. Sp sure.

They keep changing it every year now. Last year it said “SSP” this year the whole back of the card is gold apparently. Nice hit 💪🏻

I just started opening baseball for first time today and as you were talking about not pulling Elly De La Cruz rookie card I pulled his rookie card on stars of MLB. He is in there. Don’t know if I hit anything crazy but just saying he’s in there.

Thanks for the rip! Flagship Jumbo is the best and most expensive way to get the hits in Topps. Monster and megas usually are the second best for parallels. If you wanna a guarantee coppin' a RC or build a set, you should buy jumbo. If you want Ely, you should probably wait a few weeks, because I saw a base going for $13. on the BAY. 🤣🤣🤣Having said all that, I think the average person is going to enjoy the flagship experience more than bang or bust of the more expensive retail products of Prizm and Absolute.

Nice ssp hit. Not the best name but out of a hanger, cant complain. Lol I’m def going hanger route. I rip a jumbo last night and was decent.

I always put Mike Trout cards off to the side, even the base cards.

I got just one of the Blasters they are pretty good, Got the Holiday which is that flower-looking card of Henry Davis, a Numbered Yankees team card purple, and a chrome RC of Pete Crow. Those holiday blasters are kinda worth it.

I got a blaster and pulled three Easter short print parallels

Pulled a yellow Elly today and was very happy with that! Got a Dylan Cease Team Color variation which is rare and a vintage stock William Contreras! Love the rip, Sky-B!

Love the videos. Quick update - The Walmart by me finally got a restock. It wasn't amazing but hey, it was new products on the shelf. It was empty with-in a couple of days. I'd like to get some Series 1, who knows when that will be in. I think I'm done with football cards for the moment. My downtown hunt was a total failure and costly and don't think I can do the same with kaboom/explosives. Still haven't seen donruss basketball in the wild here, so that might be something.@@skybcards

Except for an auto, you did better than most hobby boxes and some jumbos. Both only have 2 numbered cards per box on average. Thanks for the retail break of all the different types.

@@skybcards my hobby and jumbo box came in this afternoon. Not one numbered card in the hobby box. But then there was nothing in the box except a $1 mem card. No Elly in the Jumbo either. 2 boxes, no Elly of any kind. Saving grace was Home Sweet Home Randy Arozarena auto 7/10 ( $400 on eBay) and a Home Sweet Home Julio Rodriguez 212/299. So can't complain about the Elly too much.

FYI Henry Davis made his MLB debut over a month after McLain. The cutoff for 2023 Update was sometime in May, and Davis didn't get called up until June 19th.

The cutoff should be later, like around the All Star break. Update includes All Star cards so their timeline is manageable.

I found all except megas at Walmart. Target hasn't restocked this week yet.

New to the hobby. Mostly looking to collect basketball. If the Topps retail nba cards look like this I’m looking forward to it. I like the more traditional design.

I would check that 89 Topps Griffey Jr, cuz it was different then all the other 89 Topps you pulled. Also don’t forget there are 1 of 1’s that only say it in the back of the card.

I have to agree on buying the card you want. I got a jumbo hobby box that was HORRIBLE. I did get a base Mead, Dominguez, De La Cruz and Carter, but it wasn't worth the price.

Blasters are the way you pull way more numbered cards and the jumbo hobby I opened didn’t get one numbered card and only get 1 auto is dumb but trust the blasters are they way

My girlfriend bought me one hanger pack of this product and it was the last on the shelf and I got a major league materials mem card and a blue of Jasson Dominguez which there is only one on eBay currently on bid for $45 with 3 days left. Ripped a pre-ordered jumbo from Topps yesterday. Weird box, 4 of the 10 packs had the same base cards and not one Elly? However it had a Patch auto of Riley Greene /10 a game used mem card of Gunner /25 and a black Shohei Ohtani Blue Print card /299. Prob wait a few weeks and let them drop in price if I get more hobby.

Yes sir they are not serial numbered which I think is pretty dumb personally but yes the golden logo/gold backs are super short prints/photo variations out of 5 copies only
