You don't need to clarify over your visit to Kashmir university? Why to discuss over the visit. There is no sin in it. CEC and EC is taking enough salary to do such work and even councillor are paid salary to redress all grievances.You need not any Go Ahead certificate from anybody. All should appreciate their work.

All should appreciate these two young leaders rather than asking stupid questions.If the deputy chairman LAHDC told the students to wait for 15days why he need fifteen days to communicate with Kashmir university? See these two boys how they solved the problem within few days?.
