This is the uncut and extra long version of our painting trip to France in August.
Smoe and I painted a wholecar at Art on Train Festival and shared the video with you in a two-part-series on both our channels.
This is the unedited version of this trip for those of you enjoying the extra long content. No music, no fast cuts, no voice overs. Just the raw content, roughly chopped together.
There were so many little bits and random conversations that didn't make it into the final videos. I had to share them somehow.

Raw is it man! I think we reached a point of saturation with the highly edited videos. But who knows...

Nick i wasnt sure how you would approach the uncut format but i loved your editing and watched the whole thing. more like this would be super. thanks mate

Glad you liked it and watched the whole thing! More like this coming for sure, but probably not thaaat long. I'm trying to feel it out right now, but I'm thinking more like 30-45 minutes might work better. We'll see...

well that was quite an epic trip so i think it deserved to be that long. None of it felt too long or out of place. I watched it in two halfs as 1 hr 30 is for sure too long for one sitting but you could consider cutting them into seperate films, part 1 part 2 etc and then you can keep them long but makes it more accessable for the audience? @@NickMoody

Awesome video Nick! 👌🏻 Its good to see raw videos like this shows more of a human side to everything. Having said that im a youtube newbie (1 year in) so im still in that newbie zone of cheesy edited video chopped down to an inch of its life with cheesy uncopyrighted non hiphop ambient background music 😂 ... im not sure if theres the audience yet for my raw videos but something to look into in 24! I love your work mate, its a winning formula 🎉🎉🎉 have a great xmas 🎄❄️🥳⛄️🍻☮️🎲

Thanks so much, mate! I don't think you need to reach some special "audience level" before you can make a certain kind of content. It should be the other way around. Make the videos you want to make and the right people will find them eventually. Merry Christmas!
