The higher rated exchange SBCs (88, 89) seem to be okay if you’re not going to use them in icon and other high-rated player SBCs + could use more fodder. But so many of those SBCs have been added since you last played, and a ton of them would improve the team and are arguably worth doing given the increase in packs you’re going to now get. If you’re not committed to just doing packs.
