This is what I would recommend for helping Benny sleep. Start a whole wind down routine with him. Have his dinner, get a bath, lights off, TVs off all through the house so he feels like everything is shutting down and everyone is going to bed. Eventually the time he goes to bed will get earlier and earlier. Then you’ll have more time to yourself at the end of the night to clean etc.

Mama of a just turned 5 year old here! Try taking away or limiting the napping time during the day. I’ve noticed that just letting my daughter be on go throughout the day has her rubbing her eyes by 8pm & she’s sleeps right through!

Girl sleep schedule helped me out a lot. My kids would go to sleep late I know get them in bed at 8;30 play some tv for 1hr and spray som lavander to relax fhem they are usually out by 9:30 And wake up at 7:00- 8:00am. Also I enjoyed this video mom of 4 so it feels like I never have time for myself just always cleaning and focusing on the kids

Omg I was having trouble with my toddler too!😭😭 he’s only 20 months now but I have a sleeping schedule for him!! I’m not sure if you do but you should try it! For example, i wake him up no later then 9AM! And then he naps either 1pm or 1:30pm and I wake him up at 245-3pm!! Then he ko around 8:30-9pm!! For the whole night!!! Or if he’s up around 8-830am he takes a nap at 12-12:30 by himself! But I’m so sorry you’re going through this😭😭😭😭 praying for the best!!! I love you!!!!🤍🤍🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🩷🩷🩷

I started taking "Froot M.Y Sleep" gummies for sleep and they helped my sleep so much. I couldnt stay asleep at night due to anxiety and always thinking about stuff. The gummies helped me stay asleep through the night and i dont wake up tired. The only thing is that they are cannabis infused.

I totally relate with the whole overdue date nights. We rarely have a sitter too. What my bf and I love to do (aside from eating out because that could get boring too) is have a staycation. So we get a hotel room for the night even if it’s just 30min away. Sounds silly, but the change of environment really helps. For instance, we live in Phx so we’ll go down to Tucson or up to cottonwood. Just random cities & Yelp search fun bars or whatever. Or simply stay in a hotel in downtown. Orrrr another thing I love to do for an at home date night is, order take out & play couple games. We have a card game called “let’s get deep”. I loved it because it made me remember little details about each other. We play that maybe twice a year and I feel a better connection with my bf. Kind of like “oh, I remember you love that”. Alo you are doing such an amazing job don't stress it. Sometimes we have to shift our focus and priorities. That's okay the first 3 yrs are like that bcuz we have to run around chasing our toddlers. The best advice I can give you is get him tired. Give him a toddler schedule like if he's in school. Coloring books sand box water toys balls water balloons. During the week keep him on schedule and on the weekends go out as a family whenever you get a chance. Go out as a couple or friends.

I like going to high rooftop buildings in nyc with my baby. We order nice drinks and sometimes even do hookah. Talk all night rediscover each other. Sometimes we go watch a movie but we like having a drink and watch the city. I recommend the Summit in nyc.
