We need to talk about the

Without knowing it, I captured these thoughts and scheduled the video to go out today, on Father’s Day.
So first of all, #HappyFathersDay.
The reason I say that is because I will be sharing a conversation on male loneliness soon (followed by one on how loneliness affects women specifically).
Those will be up on my KZread channel soon.
Meanwhile, you can continue to follow the conversations I’ve already shared, right here on my channel. Thank you for your feedback so far!
In this video, I share a snippet of the #lonelinessepidemic and then I go on to unpack a social issue that I feel, ought to be discussed and highlighted in many more spaces, as we continue to push for the integration of wellness platforms and communities for us all.
Remember to check in on each other (remember the strong ones too!) You CAN navigate this and find the joy and peace you deserve. Pole pole tu.
Slowly slowly.

The worst is feeling lonely when there are human beings around you. I don't even know how to explain this feeling.

The heavy stuff is needed ... Yes to lighter topics but your space is one of the few spaces that helps us go deep with possible healthy solutions ❤

Thank you Janet... I think this epidemic was even more amplified by the pandemic. We do need to reclaim our spaces to genuinely connect with our Maker and fellow humans as well

Wow so true thankyou for this ...I think finding inner peace, learning to love oneself and most importantly praying to the LORD is the path towards getting peace of mind

Great topic there, on mental health. Do haters get happy when unhappy?

Thank you Janet. The more humans get disconnected, the lonelier we become. And it’s going to get worse with the rise of AI.

from experience i have learnt talking about what you feel what your going through everyone around you just thinks your looking for sympathy and attention. thus its easier to just shut up be in your own space with whatever your going through. no one cares. its a lonely existence.
