Man the LEGALLY DISTINCT POCKET-SIZED CREATURE has always been a favorite of mine. Not to be confused with other LEGALLY DISTINCT POCKET-SIZED CREATURES, because that will get you into a lot of trouble.

Nah, that's impossible, today's game engines would never be able to run that. In a best case scenario you would be looking at 5-10fps gameplay on the newest hardware - no wait that's just scarlet/violet.

This is infinitely more cursed in the absolute best way possible, this is probably my favourite video yet

We love "vegetative turtle" it is truly a beautiful and legally distinct creature

They're pretty much known for facetious knockoffs of brands like Gardenia, Nutella and Rajah Puro to name a few, which reminded me both of those satirical product parodies in GTA and similar spoof ads in _Bubble Gang._

That's the thing Nintendo not going to care. People in America don't seem to understand the copyright laws of Japan they are legally allowed to tell anybody to stop using their characters whenever they d*** well please and there is nothing anybody can do about that that is just how it is they don't care that this dude's made bootlegg ripple versions that look nothing like the characters they care that he took literal characters from their franchise and used it.

@@NaudVanDalen Not sure if that’s a joke or not, but I highly doubt it would be the same case as that guy who decided to charge money for a Palworld mod containing Nintendo-owned copyrighted characters. Cause not only would a Skylanders Palworld mod obviously be free (preferably, to avoid any risk of lawsuit), but last time I checked, Activision was bought out by Microsoft (the same company that sorta partially published Palworld, or at least supported/backed and brought it to Xbox, as far as I’m aware), and therefore Microsoft owns the rights to Skylanders now. I doubt they’d have much of a problem with a simple free fanmade mod, which contains characters from a franchise that’s currently on life support as it hasn’t been touched by any of its owners in years! BTW IDK why you’re bringing Square Enix into this, they don’t own any rights to Skylanders or anything like that. To my knowledge, Square Enix had only published/localized the first couple Skylanders games in Japan, and that’s about it.

The thing is that Nintendo doesn't care about power world they just want people to stop calling it pokemon with guns and tagging them in it they don't personally give a s*** that the game exists just so long as no pokemon are actually being used or any of their character models being used but changed up a little that's all they care about outside that Nintendo doesn't give 10 s**** that this game exists and if they do they probably think it's a nice thing that it does exist and it's doing good. People don't seem to understand the copyright laws of Japan and how they legally have the authority to tell anybody to stop using their stuff that is a law for anybody in the world by the way you are not legally allowed to use Nintendo stuff if they don't want you to use it.
