@@jack90054 Probably? But here in Thailand, where Mister Donut is the No.1 donut brand, still does have Dunkin' as a competitor alongside Krispy Kreme. Edit: I did a little bit of digging and found out that 1. Philippines and Indonesia also have them. 2. They opened the first Dunkin' Donuts in Taiwan in 2007. By 2013, people were complaining that they were catering towards "more Asian tastes", and that they were essentially just copying what Mister Donut did. In 2016, they shut down the remaining 19 stores due to low sales and a termination of franchise agreement with Mercuries and Associates. They did say that they want to find another franchisee in Taiwan, but there has been no news since then.

Slime was absolutely right, there is a Japanese term for Slice-of-Life, it is called 日常系 or Nichijou Kei, Nichijou (Same term as that one ironically titled anime of the same name) means daily life or day-to-day life and 系 Kei which can be translated to mean type, kind, system, or rarely class/classification

Aidan has become so much funnier and in tune with his “podcast role” like the act and dichotomy of the whole podcast has become so refined it’s beautiful

a few years ago i was in arizona with my mom and brother and i was sitting on the bed in our hotel room and i felt an earthquake, but they didnt and they thought i was trying to gaslight them into thinking there was an earthquake. a few hours later they heard it on the radio that there actually was an earthquake. that same trip, when we were in the plane on the runway when we were heading home, there was another earthquake and the entire plane was shaking it was so scary
