WHEN Blessings and Leeah first met, they identified as females in a lesbian relationship, but since then, things have changed. Speaking to Love Don't Judge, Blessings said: "Today, I stand before you as a transgender male and Leeah is pansexual." Blessings first realised he was transgender in high school, but it took him years to finally say it out loud. He explained: "I revealed to Leeah I wanted to transition in 2017. I was nervous, I was petrified. I thought I was going to lose the person I loved." Leeah added: "I had no idea Blessings wanted to transition prior to him telling me." Speaking about the judgement that they receive as a couple, Blessings said: "A lot of people think our relationship is lies. They think transgender people should not exist or don't deserve to live." In this episode of Love Don't Judge, Blessings' mom will be coming over to reveal what she thinks about the relationship. Reflecting on their love, Leeah said: "Blessings has changed my life for the better. Just allowing me to work on myself as an individual so that way also our relationship can grow. Our marriage can flourish."

You can see that they are ordinary people, trying to live a normal and healthy life, comments calling them sick only proves that the people only focus on the sexual interactions and the details around them, which if you ask me is sick. Can we just clarify really quickly- there is a difference between the term “male” and “man.” People who have the XY chromosomes (genetics) and with male reproductive parts are still male even though they have changed their outer appearance, or what gender they identify as. There is a biological difference on the genetic level in males and females..

I turned it off after a minute and a half. I've grown tired of hearing about all the negative comments lovely couples like this one get. She looks stunning and I think he'd be more handsome without a beard, but that's just my opinion. I wish them well and I hope they're happy because in the end, that's all that matters. But you can't deny being female, or that impacting your emotions, biology, your upbringing the way you view the world etc. It's not a heterosexual relationship. You're not a male. It does make sense you feeling you should have been born male. But you're not. And that's fine. You can still be a man, but be for real. Accept you're a trans man and not a male.
