Eddie’s father son bonding makes me so jealous...I wish I had that as a kid. And he reinforces all of his ideas, makes him laugh and doesn’t alienate him. “You’ve done it! We make the car pink! You’re a genius!” Even though it wouldn’t sort things, he still compliments the child’s drawing and reinforces the child with positivity, which is one of the best parenting skills. As well as that, he’s not forcing him on camera for content as such as he’s having fun. It just seems like one of the best upbringings :)

I truly do love the Eddie and Rick bonding times and that he is willing to just throw out any maybe "useful" idea and instead allows Rick to just do fun stuff. But I also adore Tom trying out things he likes and might even have a passion for and Elliot absolutely D E S T R O Y I N G challenges because he gives 120 percent.

Elliot might be a crazy person attaching a saw blade to a toy car but Eddie in all his bee shenanigans had the right idea with the scooper. Tom rhino will never be forgotten

I am now convinced this is how eddie makes all his meals. With incredible effort, power tools, and inappropriate grunting.

I love thinking about how Rik isn't supposed to watch these until he's 15 according to the advisory notice, and how that means when he's a moody teenager he'll have this motherlode of nostalgic content to watch that will show him how adored he is by his dad, and single tear will roll down his cheek, and he will start picking his socks up off the floor after all.

Rik and Eddie were the best team...

I love how you can see Eddie slowly dying inside as Rick blaitantly dismisses every good idea he has.

If anything, Tom's part gives something to be said about that pot's durability. The people that made it should thank him for the free advertising.

I love that Eddie can just have quality time with his kid and he's getting paid for it

I have never seen the three of you, especially Elliott, be less responsible with your projects. And I love it. Seriously, I have looked forward to every new episode, as the chaos of these makes me laugh harder than I have in a while, especially with the challenges of the past year. Looking forward to Season 2 and whatever else you three make, you Try Hards.

Whenever Eddie has Rik on camera with him, Rik's always smiling and clearly wants to be involved in whatever exciting thing is happening; he always seems so happy to be playing with his dad.

I love how the chances of that cashier correctly spelling out CUMBOT were 1/6!, or 1/720. So that means that event had a roughly 0.14% chance of happening, and it still did.

In full honesty, this series is the most fun I've ever had on youtube and I want to see more of you absolute legends trying hard

I hope in the next season of Try Hards there's a "Battle Bots but for real this time" where you each hire an amateur robot building team to build proper robots for you (if there's the budget for that)

Wait for the battery to run out. They've legitimately had actual Battlebots machines on the TV show where due to damage they were just stuck spinned and they had to leave them nearly an hour until the batteries ran down.

The main takeaway of this series is that Elliot is secretly just amazing at everything.

One of the ways I've always thought of preventing flipping is making sure the wheels clear the top which then allows it to still operate the same after being flipped over.

I can't remember whether it was a robot I saw when I was a kid and just decided I made up when I got older or whether it is just an idea I actually came up with.

Tryhards is an absolute delight and one of 2021's few great joys. Thank you for your good work gentlemen. What I'm saying is I would really really love to see a second season of this :)
