Hidden drawers... maybe 2 tiers in the same surface... with a different color cloth set inside... like cut a smaller shape cover with cloth and partially finish it. Trace it in the center of the larger piece. And make that hole big enough to put your cloth around it and then add the center puzzle piece inside of it...

I loved this video when it was first uploaded. It gave me a great idea for my custom desk. I showed this video to a friend and they wanted to make a black/silver carbon fiber bar top..

A multi level computer desk. Two real fancy shaped top for the two monitors and the desk top. That’d be real cool!

Nothing short of genius, I would never have thought of doing this, absolutely loved it, what a beautiful finish, I would love to see the black cloth done on a countertop, I am currently doing my kitchen and would love this, I guess you could even do a nice design using both colours, I am super impressed love the format too, clear and concise and loaded with information, cracking job fellas.

@@designer-garb572 they don’t mark, not with hit pans or even a hammer, watch more of their videos they even run a fire truck over an epoxy board. So cool!

with a lot people working from do the computer desk, maybe integrate a manual left mechanism so you can stand or sit. that red carbon fiber looked awesome!!

Love it! We have something similar on our family dominoes table with our PR flag on it. Friday nights are the dominoes challenge.

Very cool, only thing to improve on is if you want to make sure the carbon fiber has been fully coated with the resin is you have to vacuum bag it.

I was thinking a computer case or a guitar might be cool. ❤ Game storage cupboard would be neat too!! 🥰

Defiantly a computer desk!! Would look like an awesome E-Sports desk. I am making an in-computer desk right now, I couldn't find large enough carbon fiber and not sure how to add them together to look like one piece so I am going with bright diamond plate in with the components and a yet to be determined ... dirty pour maybe?

Awesome stuff! Your videos are extremely helpful and informative. We have used your product to replace a broken glass table top I would love to see the carbon fiber method used for a computer desktop or a countertop for a 3D printer. Stay safe and be well.

I used Stone coat epoxy on my custom v8 coffee table. Had a Chevy 350 block dipped and painted, used epoxy on the top surface. Turned out sweet. Stuff is really easy and can be intricate if you need it to be.

I have a pair of Bush Desks in my office. The kind you get from Office Depot. The top is done with the paper to appear like wood and it’s pealing. Black carbon would be perfect and maybe even make the tops a little bigger

I love black with metallic silver, white and maybe a touch of tan or another color to match your decor. I really love the red carbon fiber too, it's so pretty.

Guitar 🎸 this reminds me of a guitar. Awesome! How long have you been doing this?

Another tip for gap filling is to pack the gap with baking soda and then apply some thin super glue. The super glue hardens almost immediately and you are left with a nice workable substance. But be sure to use the thin stuff as the medium+ will harden before you can get a decent penetration depth in the baking soda. And if you ever make a guitar table, I think it would work perfect with the carbon fiber cloth. In some of those shots, I was definitely getting a guitar vibe from those curves.

Which carbon fiber project to do next? I will be so cheeky to say: A new one. This video is just a reduced length edition of a video posted a year ago (with question guy added). Those who liked this video; the original is better if you want better instructions and details (it's 2,5 times the length). I'd really like to see more videos like this, but fresh content please. It doesn't have to be complicated or vastly different; just with a few more ideas to get the cogs in the brain churning.

Can you post a link as to where you got that red and black material from?

Depending on material design you can use on old worktops. You would not need to take off sink . But as long as its fire proof and waterproof
