Absolutely next-level incredible. It is a shame that the excellent face paint was covered, but the final effect with the cloth was great. The fan for the body really made it special! awesome

It's understandable. They destroyed the original to make it so much better! That effect of producing smoke and having a fan to suck it in is such an interesting effect I never thought existed!

Honestly the spooky cloth layering is exactly what I did to make a ring wraith costume a couple years ago. Really good for getting that layered and flowing look

I can't lie, these videos got me into customizing animatronics a while back. I'm sure I'm not ready for a project as big as this I'm sure I could find a way to make it fit my exorcist themed house. Maybe by reversing the fan/fog to make it look like the girl is getting possessed?

This turned out amazing. It really looks like it was always supposed to be harry potter themed. I really loved the added touch with the broken wand. I'm not quite sure what I'd do with a harvester of souls, but it would sure look great next to my wife's and my other horror collectables. lol

I've always wanted to makeover this one after I saw K&T do their Pharaoh version. The first idea I had was the spirit of an old sea captain getting revenge on a friend who betrayed them but I'd probably come up with something else to make more sense with the rest of my halloween setup.

I think that you guys absolutely outdid yourselves with this one, it’s like you guys get even better with each prop you make! “And what would you do if you won?” You may be asking? I would be excited but I would also be able to get my first life-size animatronic ever and I would be so thankful if I won. But even if I don’t win, I know that whoever wins will be just as excited.

Fantastic build. The paint jobs you guys do are so good. And the humor and good spirits really show a great example of being a maker.

The finished look of the grey mouth and the shroud around it is insanely cool! It looks amazing guys! If had a harvester of souls I'd def want to customize it. I dont know if it would be anywhere near the level of stuff y'all accomplish but it would be fun to experiment and have a one of kind piece because the fog suck effect is insanely cool.

This is fantastic! Using the chicken wire mesh to have a more horizontal angle really set it apart from classic 'droopy' ghoul style props. Paired later with a low laying fog machine and it's pure heebie-jeebies. I'd make my Harvester of Souls into a Xenomorph from the Alien movie franchise. And have an inner jaw come out during the fog effect. I have an old astronaut costume with a helmet that has a visor that opens so I can use it with bubble wrap to fill it out to make the adult 'host'.

Love your guys' makeovers! They always look so wicked!!

Thank you for being an inspiration and for the amazing builds! This conversion is really amazing and shows a whole new realm of possibilities with animatronics.

You two are awesome and this recreation is spot on, I would keep this out all year round if I had it and to the person who suggested Winifred from Hocus pocus, this animatronic would totally work for that too. I wish I had half the talent you two do, absolutely love watching you. Stay wicked 🥰

The last scene in the graveyard in Hocus Pocus when Max is in Winifred arms. As she is trying to save herself by sucking the life out of him before sunrise as she slowly turns into stone. It would be absolutely amazing if they did that!!

As a Harry Potter fan this may be my favorite makeover y’all have done! If I had a Harvester of Souls, I would want to do my own version of this! Y’all did an amazing job! I love it!

This project (In my opinion) is one of your best yet! You guys are so talented and get better at each project. If I got a harvester of souls, I would just keep it as is because I've wanted one for years but it's always been to expensive for me. Keep up the great work!

This was an incredibly smart usage of Harvester of Souls! I love how you two always work so hard to put such an intense amount of detail into each project, even though most of it is never seen! This is definitely one of my top 10 favorite makeovers you’ve done! If I had the Harvester of Souls, I would want to have it fit in with my Halloween yard display, which is a rotting, abandoned cemetery overrun with zombies. I would probably change it to be a heavily decayed “guardian” of the cemetery, breaking out of a crypt to steal the soul of a teenage grave robber. He could possibly also be the reason the zombies are rising, having summoned them to capture the trespassers on the cursed land.

You guys are always doing next level stuff! I bought a couple animitronics this year and plan on using some of your ideas to modify and hopefully improve them. When i saw the harvester of souls in action i thought of a dementor immediately, though I didn't think putting Harry in there. Brilliant! Keep up the great work!

Absolutely amazing work! This project just fits so perfectly with a Dementor it'd be hard to resist making one for each member of the cast

I really love the glossy detail on the makeover and I thought it was hilarious how Jay was so confident on Harry’s hair 😂. I've been wanting to do a makeover on an animatronic inspired by you two since last year, and I may finally be able to do one! My idea for this makeover is possibly the same thing you guys did, or a mortal kombat reference of Shang Tsung sucking Liu Kangs soul. I really enjoy watching you guys everytime you guys upload. Keep up the good work!!!

Everything look really cool at the end and I especially love the dementor’s face. I like drawing and sculpting scary things and with Christmas coming up, I think this would make for a really cool Krampus animatronic.

This is so awesome! Your projects are always on point! If I got a harvester of souls I would display him in my haunted trail graveyard and maybe try to find a way to diy him to fit in more in my graveyard!

I absolutely love everything about this makeover i never would have thought to do this and i love how the cloth is free flowing instead of positioned with wire it makes it look so much more realistic

You guys continue to inspire, oh my gosh! I've loved watching all of your videos and they've inspired me to work on transforming props of my own! My current dream Halloween set up would be based on Lavender Town and the Ghost Pokemon! I managed to get the Desmodus and Darling Dolly displays at my local Spirit after Halloween and have plans to turn Desmodus into a Golbat, or another bat-like pokemon. Darling Dolly could make a fantastic Haunter by blacking out and hiding much of her form! The Soul Harvester would find a perfect home in this setting as the Ghost Pokemon tend to have very disturbing Pokedex entries! It could make a fantastic Chandelure, which would take a bit of work, but could look SO COOL! Even Dusclops or Dusknoir would work quite well as they all involve pokemon that steal souls!

Loved that you painted his face for us! I think it would be cool to try making a Brainsucker from Bloodborne out of this. The tentacles looked kind of translucent in game so I would try adding a vinyl tentacle around where the fog is.

The project turned out great and the fan to make the down flow is brilliant. I think this was the best part! I have a home haunt hat I wanted to buy this prop for, but it wasn't in the budget. I don't think I would change the theme if I won, but I would definitely want to update the cosruming and painting. I might try the making the mouth smaller because I definitely think it looked better that way.

Another amazing build, love it! I think I'd try to go the same route and customize it to setup an entire scene with maybe a Ron and Hermione sprawled out on the ground in front of the demontor already drained, smoke and fog all around with maybe some lit smoldering craters to show the aftermath of an epic magic battle.

We have subscribed for a long time and Son and I really loved this prop! We can’t wait to start making some of your props ourselves! All our best!

Great video as always! I really like how the face came together, the mouth looks so accurate! If I were to get the Harvester of Souls I would probably try to turn it into something Five Nights at Freddy's themed, for my 2024 haunt. Stay wicked!

Another fantastic transformation!!! Love watching the process as you change up when things don't work and celebrate when they do. I would redo my "Harvester" into a rendition of the Trolls and Hobbits from Lord of the Rings!

This is fantastic! Every year I decorate my house Harry Potter themed for Halloween and this is Perfection. Kids in the neighborhood love it, and call us the HP house. I was thinking turning a 12 ft skeleton as Hagrid for next year, but this is perfect. I have use many of your ideas in a smaller scale. Thank you for your videos! Love them!

Amazing work as always! I especially love the color and texture of the head. It made an already scary anamatronic a million times more horrifying! If I had one I'd love to try making a really scary version of Winnifred Sanderson from Hocus Pocus or even Imotep from the first Mummy movie where he sucks the life force out of people! My favorite part of this build was the idea to go with the free flowing strips so that they naturally blow in the wind. Plus fixing the mouth to make it look more natural really added to the piece. I've always wanted to get my hands on this particular animatronic because it's my favorite interaction of all the animatronics out there. I've always wanted to create more of a struggle to the victim having the child make arm and leg movements before being locked into place and going limp for the actual taking of the soul. On top of that just making the victim and the demon more realistic.

This is the most awesome creation I have ever seen. Y’all always amaze with your creations and creativity. Y’all inspire me to try, if I could just get past being afraid of messing it up.

This was a fantastic build! Bravo!!! I would make one suggestion, change the victim from Harry Potter to a random student, that way kids who dress up as Harry Potter could pose to act like they are saving the victim (also not be crushed by the death of their hero). Also, if you have multiples of this set, you can recreate the battle at Hogwarts, maybe as part of a Wizarding World party theme.

Absolutely incredible work!! I love how many details that was put into this! The fact that he looks like he’s flying is incredible! Also, if I won the harvester of souls I would definitely try to do a krampus or something as is he’s taking the soul to put into the snow globe! Wicked makers I would never be able to paint or do anything like you guys do but I adore how you guys make these creepy and animatronics that I that are made from games or movies that I watch and I think it’s just so cool

This was incredible the only thing I might do is cut up the face covering to shower off that amazing face painting, but this was beyond anything imagined absolutely stunning!!!!!

Every project you make gets better and better! How do you store all of it?! I would either try my own version of a dementor OR maybe a mummy and victim! Sort of like the Mummy before he’s restored!

You two do such wonderful work! But the one piece you need for your shop is a conduit bender. For $50, you can get a Klein bender that will let you shape to the exact angle you need. No more pounding on tubing hoping for the best!

One of my favorite prop builds y’all have ever done! Great job. I would love to do a version of the mummy like K and T did but change instead of the trick or treater make it more of an adult holding the canopic jars. Or make him kind of like ghost rider in marvels agents of shield when he grabs ahold of people by the shoulders and burns through them.

That looks so good! Big HP fan so I love what you did. That said if I got this prop, I think I would probably turn it into a gooey mummy to emulate the scenes from The Mummy where Imhotep was sucking the life force from the crew that had raided his tomb. Maybe make the child into more of an adult-sized prop and scatter some other corpses around to be his previous victims.

This is amazing! I did a Harry Potter themed Christmas a couple years ago that didn't pan out because my S.O was in the hospital for a few weeks before Christmas and didn't get out until the day before so I didn't get to finish it. I have been wanting to do a Harry Potter Halloween and I would love to recreate this for it!!! I'm currently building The Nun out of a second hand mannequin. I love your channel because it gives me ideas often! Keep up the amazing work and content!

Wow! That turned out amazing!!! Even his hair in the end haha. I have just started to build up my own haunt this past Halloween after being inspired by your videos. So with a harvester of souls it would be a great boost to our front hard display. As for modifications for it I think giving the child a new paint job and costume as well as bulking up the soul sucker would be my first steps. I like the idea of a fan and modifying the robes to get them to blow would look interesting. The rest would need to build it for inspiration. Another awesome video!!!

I loved how the Dementor and Harry Potter both look absolutely amazing! I have been absolutely amazed by every piece of your work ever since I seen your videos! You did so good! I’ve always loved this animatronic so it was so cool to see you give it a makeover. If I were to give it a makeover I’d make it into some kind of zombie like bulky monster roaming a graveyard and sucking the life out a trick or treater.
