Probably because if you look at the job he’s done, he knows he getting mugged off by people like you. Twice saved us from relegation and had to rebuild a shit team with overpaid numpties in it. I want to see a new manager at this point but I appreciate everything he’s done, he’s been a great manager to move us forward. Playing against third class european teams like Viborg,Alkmaar,Ludogorets,Molde,Bødö Glimt and winning against them is nothing to write home about. Nobody rates the conference League. Why does he say "we'll do everything we can to get a result" instead of saying something like "we're going to play to a high standard & try & win the game." David your objective as a manager is to win every game. I know that's not possible but as a manager that's what your mindset should be. It's like he picks & chooses what games he wants to win & what games he is going to lose. Very weak manager.

Why do his answers always imply that the question is pointless? He always implies you should already know the answer or you would be better off asking someone else. He clearly does not think he should ever be questioned or held to account, not even in a press conference. Trying to get a straight answer from him is pointless. I would still like to know: How does Steidten's presence at the training ground distract the players? Why has he been banned from interacting with the team he is the technical director of? Why do you keep playing Paqueta when it is obvious his form has dropped off a cliff? Why are we spending a fortune paying Calvin Phillips to warm our bench? Why are we offering Ogbonna and Cresswell new contracts and not giving any of the youngsters a chance? Most importantly; what will it take for you to finally throw in the towel and leave the club?

No he hasn’t done an amazing job at all. This year we have won 3 or 4 out of over 22 games. Is that what you guys call a great job? West Ham fans need to stop having a small club mentality and putting a ceiling for themselves and try to become a bigger club that can actually compete with the top six.

The first of the mediocre coaches. Chelsea also overtook Wes Ham and were 15 points behind a few games ago. One game less with this mediocre manager. A good team that deserves better technical guidance.
