I don't have a Scout because they were always sold out, BUT a rangefinder is a game changer. What I thought were 35 foot putts were actually 45+ and have made my putting so much better. I nailed 3 jump putts from 45-70 last weekend.

Yeah same. Once I got one I realized I was putting well from way further than I thought, but I wasn’t throwing as far as I thought

@@Cade411 same! I’m able to putt like double the distance I thought but I throw like 50 feet shorter than I thought 😂 love it for dialing in distances with all my discs though, makes me a way better shot selector

I got my Scout in a couple of days ago, and it's awesome. I didn't think I'd use it too much, but I'm always wanting to use it now just to see the distances to the basket, or compare how accurate my local course is compared to what the sign says, or just in my backyard when I'm practicing putting. Using the range finder to set some distances to throw from compared to using as 25ft tape measure and just guessing. It's awesome.

I have a theory that has yet to be disproven: "The accuracy of the yardage on a tee sign is inversely proportional to the actual cost of the tee sign." The more expensive the sign, the more likely it is wrong and will NEVER be fixed. A cheap tee sign will get fixed fairly quickly, sometimes with a sharpie. Range your local course and check for yourself. Never trust a tee sign!

Put all your discs in your bag in a randomizer app and have it randomly select one for every shot and putt
