I can't tell you how much I resonated with you when you talked about the response you got to the '360 feedback' forms. You felt like your whole world crashed down. Recent events have caused me to experience something similar. Over the last three years, I have been battling depression and anxiety, so I started binge-watching movies and series to cope. Now that I've realized I'm in a pit hole, I realize that I must change myself in order to escape. However, I'm having a hard time dealing with it, and I'm feeling extremely anxious and crying constantly. Can you give me some advice on how to change myself and get disciplined more efficiently, please ?

I felt the store wasnt divided clearly into female/male sections. embarrasing to say but i was slightly confused if i was looking at the right gender clothing. Apart from that.. very helpful staff.

Haven't purchased Gymshark in years how's the quality these days? Always felt very cheap.

BAD PRODUCTS. They fade, they change shape and the stitching is cheap.
