It’s crazy how Gowen keeps a story going while he’s racing in a NASCAR Heat 5 career mode
I used to think there were too many episodes for me to catch up 3 months ago. Now I couldn’t be happier I’ve been caught up for the last 30 episodes. Keep up the great work Gary!

I just realized, that accident that Corey heim had, when Corey Lajoie hit him, he hit the driver side of the car. Will Corey Heim have to miss a few races for potential injury?

1-Owen 1094 2-Chastain 943 (+1) 3-Larson 942 (-1) 4-Bell 920 5-Byron 913 6-Gibbs 861 7-Buescher 859 8-Elliott 846 9-Hamlin 837 10-Reddick 837 That was Larson’s chance. He looked like he would dominate early and Owen would be stuck with a 10th-15th place car and he crashed while leading. With only 6 races left in this season long battle it’s hard to see Owen blowing a 151 point lead, remember 59 is the most you can gain or lose in one race so he’s knocking on the door of clinching 3 races early. We might have to focus on the fight for second down the stretch

In my personal career I won both Kansas races in a season. The first win was fuel mileage and the second I pitted early to try and have an advantage, and a caution came out on pit road. I took 4 tires because of it, and the AI only took 2. And I came out with the lead. Then I drove off and won
u and i got the exact same qualifying time down to the thousandth, except due to my settings i ended up 4th instead of 15th

Quick question? Why do you use the old gen 6 gearbox? I found it out when I saw you redlining in fourth gear :)

The next-gen section of the game that MSG added is bad, some tracks can't be raced on like the Indy Oval because the gear ratio is so bad. But the main reason is the player goes much faster then the ai in the corners. In testing Gary in a 4 star car would blow the doors off 5 star ai in the corners and was dead even with them in the straights on multiple tracks. so he is using the gen-6 section of the game to provide a better experience overall.
