We Hit A KABOOM! - Our First Retail Should You Buy Video! - 2023 Absolute Football Card Opening!

In this video we opened three 2023 Absolute Football Card Blaster Boxes. The idea was to open 3 boxes to give everyone an example of what you could pull in these boxes to help you guys make a decision on if you want to buy this year's Absolute Football Blasters. Fortunately for us we hit a KABOOM! which is awesome! Though this doesn't give everyone a good example of what you can pull in these boxes because a KABOOM is very rare to pull, especially in retail. So yes, you can pull a KABOOM in these boxes, but I would not expect to. We were very lucky!
These boxes were bought at Target for $24.99.
The first box we opened with our new format of opening, which is to open all of the packs first and then go through all of the cards. The next two boxes we opened pack by pack. Please comment on this video which format you like best for opening football cards.

I would go for it! I just picked up some of the value packs yesterday. No Kabooms in them though, going for Explosive.

That kaboom is not 350-500 maybe 150-200 😏🤷🏼♂️

One just sold on February 20th for $321. So the market is dipping on them as more of them are being found. I know when we posted this there were some for around $350 and some for $400 - $500. The more time that passes the more the price will fluctuate. Hopefully he blows up next year and the value will go up! Thanks for watching.

I only had 61 cards in my box thats suplosed to be 66. Do the kid reporter ones count toward card count? I also had a pack with only 4 cards in it

No, I don’t think the kid reporters count, that sounds like an error on Panini’s end. I’m not sure if there’s anything you can do. You could try and reach out to them but I don’t know how responsive they are. We once had a whole blaster box where there wasn’t any Rookies. It was all base and like 2 inserts in each pack.

@@alanbunger8842 I like Blasters, the fat packs don’t have kabooms, only explosives. The Megas I feel are just too much, I would rather buy 2 Blasters instead of a Mega.
I pulled a mem and a kaboom in a retail box yesterday.. but yes very unlikely

We didn’t open any Donruss this year. I’ll have to see if I can still find some.
I just ripped 37 fatpacks of this garbage. No autos, 2 #d, fave was blue puka! Id rather rip premiere picks or sage low series! I was glad when they were gone

I just bought 4 fat packs, we are going to rip them soon. No Kabooms in fat packs tho, going for Explosive. Sorry to hear yours weren’t so lucky.
