Wow, I love the rain, a basement would be cozy. It's when they kitten up, the nuzzling with the face in cushions or blankets, k-k-k, little goofballs.

You are not the only one experiencing strange weather for the time of year - it is the beginning of July and we had some weirdly cold days in June where I am. Temperatures well below the average for this time of year.

Oh, they love a den. Mine always showed us when she wanted tgat we would build her her den for the day like cinnabon did whith his had under the blankets. Maybe some nrw thing now he's getting older?

The pot of gold must be at the entrance to your wood! I don't think I've ever seen one so low that it nearly touches the ground.

I have this conversation with my cat, except it's been days of a heat advisory (plus storms). Normally she gets a daily leash walk and looks forward to it. We sit by a fenceline waiting for moles to run by, walk through a nice open field and inspect the area under our porch. (tomorrow looks like it may break)
