As someone who’s been in a relationship with the same person for 20+ years I can see that you guys have what it takes to go the distance. You guys don’t only love each other you actually like each other and that plays a major role in longevity. I’m only in my 30’s but I knew I had met my forever person when we decided to be together at age 18. I support you guys continue to push out great content and may you guys continue to to grow together and stay in love.

Alec and Brian. My mom passed away when I was 9 years old. She was an education enthusiast and pushed me in my school work. It has definitely paid off as I even went and got my doctorate. I remember the days of her drilling me over and over in my homework and beyond. I used to get so tired, but it did pay off. Thank you for sharing your Mother’s Day wishes and memories with us.

One thing I love about my mom is that she started power-walking with us at a young age. Being a single mom with six kids, she kept us outdoors playing handball, basketball, and tennis. Everything was a competition, fun, and filled with laughter. We laugh about everything but still to this day, I go on walks every single day and my mom, at 63 years old, still goes on her power walks. Another thing I love is that I've started to accept my mom for who she is and our relationship has significantly improved because I've realized I can't change her. We spend hours on the phone talking about any and everything, and I love asking her questions about what she was like growing up, the things she liked or disliked. I enjoy finding out about her past because my grandmother and grandfather passed away at a young age. My mom and her five siblings went into foster care and were separated. They became guarded and territorial, so getting to know her all over again made everything make sense and strengthened our relationship. She wasn't the nurturing, cuddly, or kissy type, but she was very overprotective and made sure we had food and respected others.

Brian do you believe everything happens for a reason? Maybe those multiple delays are keeping you safe……maybe your guardian angel is protecting you.

I love the nostalgic story about Alex and coming to the Mall with his mom. Its the same for me, when we would get the big JCPenny/ Sears Catalog in the mail. and we would circle everything we wanted. Now granted we probably only got 1 thing if that. But always looked forward to them it made me happy and so excited!

Special traditions with my mom & grandmother was cooking & holidays. Watching tv 📺 her favorite shows. I watched them with her and my grandmother. Our talks & just being her presence. 😢 I miss her so much. Both of them. And my step-father. I knew my biological father but we were not close. I spend sometime with him. But he really was like a stranger. 😢. I wanted more but I was a kid. That bond should have been initiated by him. And I knew his uncle.

Hey Brian. You and I had the same up bring, my live in the same city as I. We did talk I would send him Father’s Day cards and Birthday cards and know response, so I understand. And I had a Son and he pass away in 2014. Right before he were supposed to Graduate from high school. But to God Be the Glory 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽❤❤❤

Brian my brother keep on ur awsome journey, you did nothing wrong in how you told your dad the news. As a father myself I can tell you your doing great with Bj, Alec and yourself. Your dad will come around. Many times we have to start the journey and let others follow us. So keep living and loving. Im going to bet that he is tuned in to your channel, but give him time, my dad and I had a slightly strained relationship but for many years now to present we r the coolest guys around. My mom passed 9yrs now so I don't celebrate it anymore I just hold on to her memories of what she taught me and she taught me well. Manners, morals,how to cook, clean, wash, bake cake and bread, ice cake, make roti, pastry, plat hair, sew cushions and curtains and lots of other things too much to mention. And I loved her with all of my heart and miss her very much.

Being a flight attendant myself, it is a given that once you leave home even being a schedule holder, you are at the mercy of mechanicals, weather, emergencies and rerouting and as disappointing as it may be, the biger picture is YOU have a job. Given the cllimate of Spirit Airline contiuation in the industry is questionable, so being able to get as many paychecks to stay ahead of the curve is in your favor. Sometimes plans fold and adjustments have to be made but maybe GOD saved you from something devasting happening to you, case in point the American Airlines flight where 2 seats blew out the aircraft, fortunately the passengers that were to occupy those seats missed their flights. Sometimes it's blessing indisguised. I find great pride in seeing you in your position as well as the two of you working life out together, many Blessings to you three.

Happy to hear that you got back home safe. I need to get back in to flying again. I stop because most of my hard of hearing friends flights were delayed and they got no notification so when they got to the airport they had to go back to the hotel so I stop flying to the hard of hearing convention. I been driving to them but if it is to far to drive then yes I will go back to flying again. Enjoy your weekend.

Plans as usual can be altered Plan A, B. etc Alex had the biggest SMILE. So glad you ENJOYED the DAY. You see started not as scheduled. Ended BLISSFUL. You had NO CONTROL. MY MOM has gone home. We would write letters or send cards to each other no matter where I lived. I continue to my papercrafting & enjoying sending my crafts/ cards so other which reminds me of MOM. ❤ I JUST LOVE & ADORE THE MAZELINS ❤ SO MUCH❤ hope to meetup one day ❤️

This was so beautiful and sweet. I really do miss strolling around a mall with really nothing in mind. It was so relaxing to just BE! I don't know if the good ole days will ever return, but I'm glad I had them. Does anyone remember going to records stores like Blockbusters, Turtles, Tower Music to shop for CD's? You could really cruise people while looking for music( I know, I'm a slut). It was so fun and quite innocent really. Oh well....... sigh.....😇😇
