Please tell your friend that she will be fine doing it alone, I'm also doing that :). I have an extremely supportive mother though, hope she has that too. I really needed her during the baby phase. But now that my child is a toddler, I can honestly say, even if I didn't have my mom, I would be fine. I find it not that hard raising one child.

And yeah be careful doing those high intensity exercises especially after giving birth 2-3 months ago. My sister is a gyno & she advises new moms to “go slow” till at least 6 months postpartum , especially since you lose body mass after birth. Gotta watch out for those bones.

I put my son in the same routine since he was little and it’s the best decision! Bed by 8pm so that way you have time for your self and with your husband. And I also started putting him to sleep in his room by 4months and he would sleep so much more. Of course I had the camera by my bed side at all times. Your doing great 👏🏽💁🏽‍♀️
