To lose weight after having my baby, I found these great youtube exercise videos that were so easy to do. There is a guy called Get Fit with Rick and he does walking in place exercises that make me sweat but are not too hard. They are fast and easy. Only take around 15 minutes a day. Also, Burpee Girl, Grow with Jo, and Walk at Home are really good channels for easy fast exercises.

I do a indian/Pakistani twist to the roasted corn i find in cans or frozen ones in Costco or Sam's. Add tamarind chutney and chaat Masala and it's real yummy 😋

@@TasteofTrini You'll find it in most desi south asian stores. Pakistan made National brand is best but less likely available. Shan brand is ok but lacks a bit of tanginess. We use chaat masala for making things tangy and spicy at the same time... like on fruit chaat, dahi bhala/ vada (yogurt with lentil puffed ball) etc. It is sort of like Mexicans use tajin on fruits. But chaat masala has lot of different spices instead of just red chilli 🌶.
