17:49 basically crop rotation and its makes sense. The plant was planted there for it's nutrient. Once harvested, all of the nutrients the plant needed is inside the plant and the groud is change.

Some of the dinos are "native" to environments like dapplewood, so that's where their entries are. I believe these dinos only show up in the valley once you open the path to dapplewood, implying they sometimes visit the area. I've noticed a lot of the "visitor" dinos only appear in other areas during specific seasons, but are always in their native area.

The picnic is such a cute idea~ But not as cute as Viviane, she's ADORABLE! I love the other names, too. All the dino designs are great and I love each and every one of them! Pope running off was so funny though!

From the official Discord the green befriend regions have different chances of success, the inner dark green being 100% and the lighter green on either side is a 50% chance, so unless you got poppins to burn getting in the middle is the best shot!

Oh my gosh I love Viviane! I mean, I love them all. And there are so many of them, it's amazing. They're all so adorable, and the designs are just fantastic. But there is something special about that sweet and chunky Ankylosaurus. (I'm so excited to start playing myself! I've been waiting for release day for ages, and it's finally here!) I do worry that we won't be able to have all of the dinosaurs on our ranch... That would make me sad. I want to have so many dinosaur friends. Though wow that's going to be a lot of paddocks.....

A suggestion, maybe you could use a dinosaur like the Ankylosaurus or Styracosaurus to smash the larger dreamstones to collect them? I can't guarantee it'll work, but it could be worth a try.

I have the game! I haven't gotten an Anky yet, but I did tame the Styrac, and it, unfortunately, does not break apart the large dream stones that are imbedded in the rocks :(. The Anky still might though!

Baryonyx is my favorite dinosaur and it's absolutely adorable.

27:18 Actually you can befriend immediately without feeding or soothing it first, but it’s pretty unlikely. I had outstanding luck trying to tame a beautiful Tyrannosaurus, which has a tiny sweet spot on the meter, but she started *dead center* on the green meter, so I fed her a poppin and she was tamed in 3 seconds lol. I’ve had other dinosaurs start on the sweet spot as well, but since T-Rex’s window for error is so small, it was definitely awesome to witness. On the contrary, there seems to just be some random meter placements that are impossible to befriend without wasting a whole bunch of food. I found a rare colored Ankylosaurus and she took 3 attempts ‘cause her arrow just wouldn’t cooperate. Then there’s the aforementioned first try no soothe-feed T-Rex. Funny.

Small dino helpers, the ones you can't ride, all seem to have a skill called discoverer, if you have one at helper rank following you they'll start giving off sparkle effects when you're near a dreamstone. can make finding them easier.

You should do a video on how you can turn the dinosaur from your Happy Friend to a Happy Helper. Lately I'm having a problem with a stegosaurus with trying to get it to go from a Happy Friend and actually become a helper so I can smash some rocks out of the way. It seems like no matter what I do it just won't go all the way, and keeps resetting everyday.

Please tell me you remembered what Mari said about the Picknick. About rare Dinos showing up the day after? That's how I got my carno cause two of them were hanging out at the Picknick spot the day after the Picknick.

I have to wait to play the switch version. The only thing I could play on was playing in game maybe 4 days. The game froze 3 times and the final time. It wouldn't do anything so I literally lost several days worth of progress. So I'm not gonna play it until there's an update, and they fix some issues.

Next anky should be named ankyl breaker

They're unbreakable. You can find dreamstones all over the valley, but theres a finite number in the game

@@shiy6055 nonbinary is an ultra rare only found on Corythosaurus, the skin is called "Proud Pansy". Pan can be found as an ultra rare skin for Coelophysis and Compsognathus, with the name "Colorful Pride"
