    Agree😊 il bet he's a stand up guy and has he's moral compass pointing the right way. There's a difference between being with the mafia or associated with the mafia then being a friend, if you play the game you know the rules but being a friend I can't see how one would not appreciate a friend like Sanmy🤷‍♂️

    Yes I feel that way too- this might sound weird, but I think he has some undiagnosed PTSD about a lot that he did. The man tears up about some things/ so he has a conscience. This makes him human, and likable. He’s not a sociopath or psychopath.

    Sammy can we PLEASE get a story or two about your Driver and Bodyguard Louis Saccenti? To have him as your Driver and Bodyguard you must have trusted him a lot and like you said when you went on the run and thought about leaving the Country he said he wouldn't leave your side even if it meant leaving the Country. We've heard a story or two about a lot of guys in your Crew but I think a lot of us would love to know about the Man you picked as a personal Driver and Bodyguard. Considering how tough and loyal your crew was he must have had certain qualities or something about him that made you think he would be best suited for that. Would love to hear it. I hope you see this! All the best to you Sammy!

    @@metsknicksbori86 I'm not sure, there isn't a whole lot written about him all I've ever heard about him was from Sammy's book. He talks about how after Frankie DeCicco got blown up he was getting a driver and that man was Louie Saccenti.

  • @Cardb33

    @Cardb33

    3 жыл бұрын

    @@metsknicksbori86 I've finally learned that Sammy has an official website which is really cool. It says that Sammy decided he was unfit to become a Made Man because he couldn't have been relied on to kill someone and that if he was given the order he wouldn't have been able to do it and would've been killed for doing so. I still believe he deserves to be talked about because he must have had certain qualities that made him fit to become a Driver and Bodyguard of the Underboss of the second (Genovese 1st) most powerful Mafia Family in the USA. Edit: Also REALLY cool is there is a picture of the Old Man Paruta on there which as far as I know is the only one available to us. Also seeing Joey D'Angelo Sr was not the one in the famous picture of his crew but rather his Son and that he looked quite different.

    @@seansmith7462 Haha must have been. I just mean regardless of whether he was willing to to "work" as I found out after my first message, Sammy had to have seen unique qualities in him that made him suited to drive a man of such stature around and protect him. Look at the list of guys that took the Chauffeur route in the Mafia that made it big it's an important position. Carmine Galante, Tony Accardo, Vincent Gigante and many others were Chauffers and bodyguards before they became powerful. Not saying Louie ever was but I think we should get a story about him. I mean he was willing to leave the Country with Sammy he was in his 50s he had a Family but was willing to leave to stay alongside Sammy.

    Florida Man even applies to the Mafia!! It’s undefeated. Of course that’s how that went. Freakin hilarious. And Sammy- thank you so much for the Christmas card to my grandmother. She loved it so much. Kept talking about it weeks after the holiday. She recently passed. Her last words to me were comments about how thoughtful I was to “arrange” that card. My deepest appreciation. She was a gangster, in her own way, and for making her happy there at the end, you will forever have my support.
