I love that idea of leaving motivational quotes daily. My son has been doing this for years now. He always reached work early and put motivational quotes on the board in the conference room He had no idea that people started to look forward to the quotes and was wondering who was leaving them on a daily basis.

I knew about iron from pot long time… over 60 years. Those days as children food that was cooked in zIron pot was almost BLACK… because of the iron from the pot.
