Sammie was right the flowers he gave you are perennials. Annuals are flowers you buy every year, but they die/don’t come back the next year. Occasionally, I’ve had a petunia, which is an annual, return the following year, but don’t count on it. I love all your connections and friends. Awesome vlog.

Sammy, The daffodils you were given are perineal which means they will come up every year. Each bulb will double every year. Each flower has its own bulb. Annuals have to be planted every year and biennials last two years, but very often reseed themselves. When the flowers die on your daffodils, they will leave kind of scraggly stems and leaves, but if you don’t cut them off it’s better for the plant. The nourishment in the the leaves and stems drain down into the bulb. I love them, because when they pop up I know the cold weather is just about over. Yours will come up about April next year. I’m in Arkansas and they have already come and gone, and now we’re having 70-80 degree days. Love the Easter Baby. She’s getting so big.
