Not new to me, since ER Everlasting and Salt Snow City arc Side Stage does have this kind thing. except that this laser puzzle were view from above angle and laser only connected in straight position. In Salt Snow City arc Side Stage, we view laser statue in 3D position and the laser connected isn't in straight position because the connected statue also stuck on wall.

Didn't they already have this in the Seele salt and snow mini dungeon or did I misremember it? Speaking of dungeon we need more of it

Well they do share assets between games. One of the most noticeable is the shrug animation on short characters.
