You can report and file a complaint to the police how it had happened that scamming or fraud activity in that place.

Can you please explain in English what happened. I'm currently in Azerbaijan and have been scammed by the tourist guide multiple times.

It appears that we made the mistake of booking a tour with Pakistani individuals instead of opting for a reputable tour operator. During the journey, they unexpectedly changed their minds and declined to continue taking us to our intended destination. It is advisable to choose a tour operator rather than arranging a tour with private individuals to avoid such situations.

@@IndianEverywhere thanks for the information, I think the same is happening with us, unfortunately it wasn't me who prepared for the trip, one of my family members booked the whole trip via a tourism agent. If it was me, I'd do everything by myself. Even for driving, I usually rent a car and drive by myself. But now that I'm aware of this, I told the tourist guide woman who is with us about the scamming that is happening to us hoping she will know that we are not gullible. Thanks again for sharing your experience.
