Big Ray is turning out to be a perfect hire. Early, enthusiastic, good natured, eager and not afraid to jump in and learn. He also expects some hazing from the entire crew being the new guy, but doesn't allow it to affect his work. He's probably the most enthusiastic about keeping the tools clean of any concrete worker that I have ever seen in my 53 years.

Killing it Ryan! You seem so much happier/ less stressed with this years crew. Unbelievably addicting content. 🇦🇺

You should get some molds made, that you can put leftover concrete into at the end of jobs and then use your victory stamp on them to sell as merch or giveaway to fans you run into!

The angle was definitely the right decision, especially as the decking on the raised decking is at 45⁰ also.

I spent six years in the Air Force, medically retired in December, Ryan let me tell you, I ate QT salad and hard boiled eggs everyday. I feel you on the tired of gas station breakfast lol. Since last season Tino has been a workhorse. He’s underrated because he arrives late but besides that he’s on the same level as bugs

Logo stamp turned out AWESOME! We’ve been working with a 3D printer to do something similar. Nice to be able to brand your work!

When I was doing specialty concrete, I carried 4x8 sheets of plywood with 11" x 11" x 2" formed sections for the extra concrete. I would finish these and sell them as stepping stones. I also poured into buckets and finished to sell too. Exposed aggregate sold more than regular concrete, and color concrete sold well too. Having these forms gave me a sense of how long to wait till exposing the aggregate, + I got free product to sell or use at my home.

The amount of patience you are showing to your crew is really teaching me many life lessons. Great Channel!

Customer's know best in most instances , Ryan knows best where concrete is concerned. Just because he worked at BK doesn't mean he believes in the "have it your way" philosophy. I heard he turned down a job because he thought it would be unsafe the way the home owner wanted it finished. Good work.

That's a great looking patio. The upper deck and patio boards are on a 45° as well. It makes perfect sense to have the stamps on a 45° great content way to go guys.

Man, Big Ray is learning quick and good. He has the work ethic, drive and discipline of a good worker and he is punctual in the morning. And yes, I see being 15-20 min early is punctual because you have time to adjust and let others see you are fresh and motivated. It´s the same concept as waking up in the morning to read the newspaper or have a nice breakfast, or like Ryan to go over what the day holds.

You have such a great crew! I enjoy each and every video! Keep up the great work!

You got you a good one in Ray! The concrete is awesome on this pour. Stamping is beautiful and with the color and different boarder color will really set it off! The little VICTORY stamp is spectacular!

I am so glad they decided to go with the 45 degree angle on the stamping...Because I agree it does looks so much better when the patio goes at an angle with the border going straight...Not only that but the patio flows the same way now as the decking above the decking...Looks an awesome job...I wish you guys were in based in Khon Kaen in Thailand...So that way you could come and do my concreting work there.

Hello Ryan. I do the Boiled Eggs thing as well. I try a couple of cold sausages cooked the night before and a piece of un buttered low carb bread as well. bit by bit through the day . Maybe some cooked Chicken. Keep going. I was 305lb in January. Now 267lb

my work has similar atmosphere and that's why i love it, we joke around with each other it doesn't hurt feelings, we laugh, but we get the work done. we also have a older guy like Ryan he has so much experience he know how it is to be done, we could do it without him but its the small stuff we don't think about that he does that makes the difference. he got his extension for 5 more years to 65 and we are all happy.

Ive been watching for 2 years, this concrete color looks so good!

Since Tino earned his "Gang" colours , he is 100% more reliable...

I’ve been doing overnight oats. Been a big help for me when I want to just grab something from fridge and go in the morning. Make your own or company called oats overnight has a bunch of different flavors and makes it easy, that’s what i do. Love the videos!
