I have never heard someone also notice how we compare our timelines to our parents which hits so far home to me, my parents met at 16, married at 21, I’m 25 now and closer to the age they had me than when they were married let alone met and I’m a single Pringle. And while I am happy with my life and my journey it’s nice to know that someone else has that comparison in their heads 😅

Such a beautiful setting for a really lovely couple. It looked perfect. Congratulations to you both. Mark really lucked out. He must be as special as you are. I follow you on insta so I already knew but congratulations again!! ❤. I really appreciated what you said about everything being ahead of you and having things to look forward to. It’s a great reminder for the stage of life I’m in at the moment. Weddings are a bit of a sensitive subject for me right now due to a painful breakup, but I have loved following your journey so far and I will keep watching :)

I have a non-traditional situation where if and when my boyfriend does propose, i know what my ring will be as it's a family heirloom of his thats already in our house haha. And its like an even more fancy version of heirloom rings of mine from my family so i like it 😂 We've been together close to 3 years though and im 25 so i invision it being a while longer yet before that happens although it has been mentioned in conversations!

Did Mark put the ring on your right hand in the initial video, maybe by accident, or was it flipped? I know in some cultures it’s traditional for the woman to have her engagement/wedding ring on her right hand and the man has his wedding ring on the left as the woman stands on the left and the man stands on the right of the altar from the guests’ perspective in a church, so the rings are on the hands that are next to each other at the alter.

Yes, we talked about me proposing! I was up for it but he really really wanted to be the one to do it. Not for it being “traditional” cause he didn’t ask permission from my dad or anything 😂 Neither of us wanted that. But he’d always envisioned being the one to ask, so that’s what we did! We met on Tinder 6 years ago 🥰 I’m sure you’ll meet your person exactly when you’re supposed to 🫶🏻

I think your order of life events works for a lot of people. Don’t marry someone you haven’t lived with, get a house before kids as moving with kids is a nightmare (so my parents say; I threw up in the middle of the night within the first week of moving into a new family house when I was 5….trying to find my clean bedding in the middle of the night and taking my dirty bedding to the laundrette the next morning as the washing machine hadn’t been plummed in yet was a nightmare for my mum) etc. And yes, enjoy your honeymoon without stressing about kids on your honeymoon or missing the kids being at home with family will ruin the honeymoon
