Born & Raised in the city of Atlanta. If you’re looking to purchase a home.. you want access to the city but not IN the city. I wouldn’t recommend buckhead and downtown areas. Look at Alpharetta, Marietta, Brookhaven - You want areas that give you access to the city.. being about 20mins away from midtown areas is always good.

Yall should do weekly or biweekly sit down videos and call them “sip some tea with ken and qui” or some lol Im lovinggg them

The small doors are access for extra storage and attic and utilities. If you build your home. You can have full size doors added instead of the small ones. You should go visit some new construction builds and tour. You may find what you want and add those beautiful touches you want.while you in your new rental your home will be built. You also can buy down points.

If y'all plan on moving soon then how come y'all don't start packing up the items all throughout the house that's NOT being used?? That way on move out day it'll be LESS work to do. Trust me, I packed up everything that we weren't using and it helped so much. Also make a room aka storage area to where y'all can put those boxes. It'll help so much. Label the boxes and you'll feel so much better. You can get the car TOWED to the dealership, also Walmart Auto department does tire fixings but call to make an appointment first. Toots in the back seat 😂😂😂.

Hi Qui and Ken. Love y'all young people doing grown people things. I love the laundry being on the same level as bedrooms only thing is if it floods it's going to go through the floor/ceiling so make sure they have or y'all get a deep utility pan to set it in with drainage if possible. I also wanted to say I'm so glad that y'all aren't like so many young people all they buy is designers and have no savings no home no vehicle and no plan for the future.

I like house number 2 it definitely fit y’all & its beautiful also in a good suburbs area you can tell.

Build one build one y’all can 🏡 really customize it.

They are both eh lol. I would say take your time. A house isn’t something you rush even though I know you guys aren’t buying just yet. Get a realtor and take your time in looking because you want to get something you LOVE as you’ll be spending money and living in it. I like the 2nd home better. The double ovens a plus and the cabinet space. Not to mention the huge tub 🛀.

I don’t know they placing the newer homes in the old neighborhood like in Houston they doing the same thing , but that’s how they run away people’s who want to rent the house & that’s crazy.

I like 2 because of the basement. If you are buying, you can finish the basement. We have a basement and we finished it after we purchased our home. It was so nice! It was the length of the house. But let’s see about the 3000+ home first. The more the square footage the better.

Japan has lots of things. Dubai is cool but I feel like it was a high class Vegas. A random thing there is that have a Texas Roadhouse and a five guys in the same mall that you have to make appts to go on specific floors. 😂 Also, go to Istanbul if you like music festivals.
