My dad loved snails. I’m vegetarian and he’d sit next to me eating snails winkles etc and I used to heave and it would put me off my meal 😂 Think of nice things I usually imagine the smell of oranges and lemons when something has made me feel off. 😂😂😂hilarious. Carry on being yourselves and ignore the keyboard warriors. Most of them are hardly likely to have even ventured beyond their armchairs! I really loved the beach for the solitude, you don't always need bright sunshine to enjoy the beauty of waves lapping against the sand. Some really lovely footage - well done guys! Hi guys you have to try the Bacon. If it says Bacon on the packet it is Bacon similar to streaky Bacon from the UK. It is really tasty and doesn't have that white gunge that you get when cooking English back bacon. I've lived here for 20 years and much prefer Spanish pork products.

They dates and not ready, there are date palms and a few others like fan palm in spain

I think they are dates before drying on the orange branch.

That is a date palm tree. That fruit on the ground is not ripe yet. The fruit is ripe when they are dark brown and have wrinkled skin.

I love that free aire at Castellon, right behind the beach. I was there last week, then moved on to the airfield a mile away and now down at the free parkup at Ikea in Murcia. I always refer to those hairy things on the beach as monkey testicles. Happy travels :)

I bought my cat in Castellón. In an Al campo, they had a pet store. As my wife is Spanish we use to hang out around Barcelona as much as we can. Love Cataluña and the north of Spain.

in gran canaria went into a restrant and the served me of chicken it stunk so bad in singapore sushi ta vivo city 4 pieces of smelly of salmon you could smell it comming to the table , this must be on perpose and so dangerous both places didnt say much at all

That sounds like it's been a pleasantly refreshing experience... That food video was hilarious and reason enough for you guys to delve into the unknown again 🤣

Dan how are you finding the driving on the wrong side of the road? You seem to be chilled on the bits you show but is it stressful? How long did it take to adapt? We are taking ours to France for the 1st time in June so a bit worried x

It takes maybe 2 days to adjust but VERY easy once you are used to it. I lived in Germany for 3 years though so have done it before. The roads in Europe are bigger and easier. Big towns and cities are a bit daunting though.

That was the coolest cat ever. Looked like he/she was wearing a mask. As you travel down you will find "overseas supermarket " mainly Iceland products but has other stuff too. Ridiculous prices in my opinion. We went in one last week. Got two jars pataks madras, bisto, typhoo tea bags and one evening dinner was 30 odd euros. Helps us learn what we miss most. I have a list started for what I'll bring next year so far hp still top of the list. Hope you are relaxing into things a bit now. Took me a month to feel more confident even just looking about the shop. We are 12 weeks in now and feeling much more comfortable everywhere we go. Its a big thing feeling so embarrassed and stupid. We on a site with all nationalities and the germans and Swedish are chatting away to us in perfect English. They really do show our education system up as shite. These people we were chatting to are late 60s and they thought English form p1.

I’m sorry that you’ve both been off colour. That demonstrates how bad that food was, that you had on the previous vlog. That’s a pretty reasonable price for the hire of the bikes. I’ll never look at snails the same way again, I’d certainly never eat them! Sand sculptures are quite a big thing in some countries. I saw some absolutely stunning ones when I was on holiday in Gran Canaria. I like the look of the park you are on now, looks like a nice spot. Take care.🚐😁✋
