Not that great an idea. You don't know what the zoom is, or how far was he from the base. Maybe he was really far, and the zoom was set to max. Or he was closer and the zoom was lower.

What would he do then? Destroy the main entrance to hi5 studios? Or Matt’s car? Nothing, what the stalker has done was really illegal. Think about it, he entered hi5 with a keycard, destroyed a car that was abandoned for a while. And what’s illegal about watching people, sure it’s unsettling for the one being watched, but is isn’t illegal. The thing what I’m hinting at, what more can the stalker do to evade police contact. Like every call to the police has been ignored cause it isn’t believable nor is it against the law.

That's still trespassing as he didn't have permission. The car also BELONGS to Matthias. As in, Matthias owns it. He bought it, legally. Destroying the mountaineer like that is Destruction of Personal Property. Those two things are laws he's broken and are enough to require police intervention. Matthias also has said they DO NOT SHOW EVERYTHING. That means there's stuff off-camera that occurs and they've deemed either too sensitive or at least contains sensitive information. Who knows what this dude has done to make Matthias literally deem the content unusable for the safety of his employees?

I wouldn’t call him overprotective in that scenario. IMO, if it was a single person in all the video then they’d be more scared than it being the whole group. If it was just one of them being watched, it would make me think the stalker has bad intentions with that employee. Whereas with it being multiple of them, higher chances of just being a creep rather than having bad intentions with an employee.

idk if they've already done this but a good way to mayne get a timeline is like if yall take alot of pics or selfies, look at the outfits yall were wearing in the binocular videos and compare them to pictures you may have saved in your phone so that you can compare dates and figure out how recent this was.

@@allie7048 Na, he mentioned that in the video. Cameras don't automatically collect the date and often retain the last date they were formatted or charged. Every single file my printer makes on my scanner has the wrong date just because I'm lazy and haven't put the right date/time in. Not saying it isn't fake or an elaborate skit, but that isn't good evidence against it either way.

Hey team/Matt, I know this is a little late, but for looking at unmounted drives on a PC, use Disk Management, just search it on the start menu, hope this helps.

matt i just got an idea about what you found the safe sent to you. the plug needed to power the device can only be found (i believe) from a computer/pc powersupply. you could try buying a powersupply from a local tech shop and find the connector and plug it into the circuit thing???

The manila folder? That's clearly not blood - fresh blood wouldn't be that bright red, and dried up blood doesn't stay red. Most likely it's some sort of red food coloring from juice or soda that got spilled.

nothing had blood on it though? if youre referring to the folder that's most likely kool aid. blood isnt bright red. especially old blood. that turns brown as it oxidizes.

I can't do this cause college finals are right around the corner haha But someone who has time, maybe you can match up the clothes each of the people in the video were wearing with either vlogs or videos on any of the Hi5 channels just so Matt and the team can get an estimate of what days these videos were taken

This series is like a TV show where dad (Matt) and his kids (Sam, Woods and Hannah) have to solve a mystery to save Hi5 studios

This series has got to the point that even if it turns out to be fake and all staged, I'm still gonna love this, is so awesome.

Matt!! Use a software called recuva it scans the drive for any previously deleted files this can also include stuff that has been formatted and as long as the stalker hasn’t overwritten the files using a special software recuva should be able to restore them
