Big thanks to Steve from @ExploringWithin for showing us this place!
In this explore we find a Quirky little House sat Abandoned in the English countryside.
Inside we are amazed to discover a treasure trove of a families life long possessions!
Now sadly left to decay, the House and belongings sit in a sorry state.
Long forgotten and due for the skip, we document some really interesting finds and unpick who lived here.

The wonderful thing about your videos is that each and every object in the house, the house and around the house has a memory attached to it. Whether good or bad, it's a part of a person's memory and life

Theres nothing wonderful about there vids , a bunch of low intelligent house breakers is all , why would you advocate this ?
I watched Steve’s one the other day but loved this with your banter and Witt. Really really funny and great attention to all the little bits. Ed’s great at finding and routing out all the unusual xx
Lads that's one of your best. A peace of time standing still. Keep up the great work.
Ed really is like a kid in a candy store when he finds something interesting. I love watching him get excited over the smallest things. Another great video guys, thank you from California!
That little box with dial is a personal telephone directory. One dials the first letter of the first or last name and it opens to that persons name, address and phone number.

Thank you, Alex, Ned, Ed, and Steve for another great video! Too bad there was so much mold in there, mother nature will take us all back, given enough time. Take care. See ya next week.
Imagine that house in its heyday, i bet it was a beauty xxx hope someone renovates it
I love watching your videos when exploring places like this. The absolute respect you have for other people's belongings is good to see in today's world. Ed makes me laugh when he goes with and I can relate to his personality. This Aussie bloke salutes you all.
very good exploration with funny friends it's a change of the others exploration thank you
Thanks for the tour Alex and also Eddie, Neddy and Steve! That is a big beautiful blast from the past! 😮 Happy holidays to all! Love from Oklahoma, USA! ❤🧑🎄🎄😎🤘 Keep em coming folk and I will be here watching! 😊
I *loved* that 😍 So much old stuff, I felt 5 years old again, walking through my grans house, she even had that phone directory with the letters on. Brought back nice memories that did, cheers guys, hope you have a great week ❤
That dial thing at the start is an address book. Set the letter b for brown and ping it open.
Wow what a house. Bet this was beautiful. This place made me feel sad tho, someone’s life and memories all going to rot. Some lovely items in the house that took me back. A brilliant explore guys, one of my favourites. Thanks Steve, Eddie, Alex and Ned.
Definitely a fun one this 🤟

Thanks guys that was great
I think if I'm right, the green box with the dial on it is an address book :o) My grandma had one just a bit different
The banks used to send the cheques back after they had been cashed!
Hey guys! Joe from Jersey. You guys didn't mention anything about Ed's barking spider at 20:42 It sure was a RIPPER!
Nice one❤❤❤ enjoyed that
He’s totally right about the mould it’s seriously harm to your health I’ve had lung disease and damage from mould it’s very dangerous to your health even just breathing it
It's huge. Makes you think why is it all left to rot? Great explore guys ❤

Seems to have all the classic signs of a deceased person/s home, no family to leave it to or no will made and subsequently gets passed on to the state where it will rot until the land is acquired and the problem (everything inside) is passed onto someone else to deal with. I see it all to often, sadly. Everything will be either stolen or skipped unfortunately.
That was great , s much older than what I thaught at a first glance . One of those places that you could go back to for a thorough look round . Thank you Steve Eddy Ned and of course Alex for a good night out . Till next time , Take care , God Bless , Stuart in Canada ..

I feel like we missed so much, but I don't like to rummage too much. Very unique and quirky property this one. Take care and have a good week Stuart 👍
The Sutherland Brothers & Quiver were a Scottish Country Rock group who had a hit song “The Arms of Mary”in around the mid 1970s I seem to remember. They also wrote and recorded“Sailing” which became a massive hit when later covered by Rod Stewart. Great episode guys👍😎
I like seeing the great homes you find, but the chaos that is Ed and others with you going through the houses hurts my brain. Lol😂
U guys find some cool finds.Wow! I enjoy these.
Yes lads just what I was waiting for hope u guys r all ok can’t wait 😁😁😁
Why leave a place to decay .Sad Thanks for a interesting video .Hi from 🇨🇦
Thanks guys for another great video⚜️
Alex that rod on upper floor from one side of room to the other is a wall stay. Designed to stop upper storey walls from bowing out. You generally don't see them in a room only on outside of building looking like a metal cross, think this one was visible because head height was need in room otherwise it would have been in ceiling.
Hi guys another great video keep em coming love watching them every week you guys are great dont stop Ed is so funny ❤
Dude. There was Testament in the tape collection! 🤘😆
A wonderful time capsule. Thank you very much and have a nice week👍👍👍

Fantastic as always 👊❤️
Beautiful old place great video again thanks a lot from great grandma sue Australia
the thing on the first table with letters and numbers was an old mechanism for storing contact details
At 4:00 it's a telephone directory to store all your important #'s in. Just dial the letter and it opens up. The Accu Check was for diabetic testing.
Another insane discovery, an excellent video, cheers guys. 👍👍👍💯💥✨️
Great find lads.great banter.funny when Alex said to Ed no it's a briefcase.❤
Brilliant explore lads!!
Absolutely brilliant! Thank you❤
Hi guys from Tasmania Australia..Enjoy watching your videos coming back over to the UK next July.
I really like you guys. Best abandoned homes channel on the tube.
Brilliant video and a great find it’s on of those places you can return to and see different things from this visit. Thank you. 🙏 😂😊
Ace upload as always, bloody mould is making me cough into my shreddies though lol👍🏻👍🏻💯

That yard with the caravan must be for a separate property - the caravan is completely clean and the registration on it is for a car that still has a current MOT.

The scariest thing this week was when a former owner came down the stairs with a lit candlestick and told you all to f off..... 'A small tumble drier for small pants.' Classic Ed.... The chap outside the window who said he was just in the area, and that he'd do your garden for £200, looked a bit familiar, but I thought it was a good offer. You should have taken him up on it. You could probably have found some rusty shears in the garage. 🙂
Nice find guys well done loved 💯 it
Another interesting, thought provoking and Ed-funny explore, thanks! Empty houses full of possessions makes me think that there were no children because the evidence suggests they weren't rich and therefore any offspring would exploit a house left to them by selling or using in some way. From the cassettes I could read and clothes, I would guess that they were born in the 50's and had some of their parents and grandparents stuff there, likely retrieved after their deaths. As to thieves who take stuff from places like that, well....my pet hate! Glad that Ed is just older than I!😃Blessings all!
So sad that the families are not collecting photos of their Loved ones 😢
What a vlog loved it guys on to the next😂
❤Awesome guys
Great video, thank you for sharing loved it :o)
The shamrock cudgel is actually a shillelagh, usually made out of blackthorn
Them sweepers are really good I have one and they do pick up really good save getting hoover out every day thanks guys for explore
You doing well I watched them all❤
keep em coming lads
I know that in 1981, minimum wage in the Midwest, us, was $3.45 per hour. I was 16 at the time, working at a car wash. I made more in tips.
That old apple computer was cool…😊
After a week of covid im looking forward to this 😅😊

Very sorry to hear! Hope your on the mend now
Incredibly sad to think this house was potentially in the possession of atleast 3 generations, probably even built in that case by the same family. Heirlooms passed from one generation to the next with such sentiment and value. For it all to now be at the mercy of local thugs. Heartbreaking that is.
When you think about it that place in good condition could be worth a million I did a house declutter for a young Lady whose Grandmother had died ! She lived there at some time in the past when She was a young girl ! I put a glass jar on the table and She enquired what is that for ! I replied ,to put any money I find in there. She said you will not need that ! I found over £70 in coins and She was grateful ! There was tons of stuff in the house .The house you are exploring needs saving ! If I lived in the area would try and find an owner and clear it out ! (before it All gets trashed ) GREAT VIDEO !
You should have rescued that nice quality antique famile rose vase in the sitting room
Sutherland Brothers and Quiver were a band in the 70's
😢it would have been a beautiful home. So sad the community can't rescue the items before goons do more damage. Very sad that vandals just don't care. It's obvious that you guys love old stuff and beautiful craftsmanship. Especially Alex❤
Is the metal pole through the living room, one of those tie bars that holds the walls in, to stop subsidence so on the outside there is a metal plate that ties it all together?
@1MartinWaite
6 ай бұрын
That’s what I thought it was at first I thought it was just a curtain rail were there would draw the curtains to stop drafts from getting to them but when he swung on it i realised it was a tie bar to stop the walls from bowing out and the roof caving in.
The thing with shamrock ☘️ on it is called a shallaleigh it’s a southern Irish ornament loved this house some brilliant finds even an old telephone great 👍 keep up the great work 👍😂you are brilliant 🤩
Have a great day and be safe and careful 😊👍👍
Id love to go on 1 of these explores with you guys
Hi Guys that object on the little table with the smoking stuff at 4.00 is a telephone number diary it had a round dial on it like an old phone where you would dial a letter and it opens up on the telephone number of the peoples name with that letter that you have written in there.
I believe the gadget with the dial and the letters is an address book with telephone numbers
watching a little late tonight , the little pad with letters on is a telephone book , lovely find tho lads
Que pais. E esse que deixa tudo acabando e por que não dar pra mim ou outra pessoa são tão lidas essas relíquias como pode deixa assim.
We always love every trip you take us on. Thankyou. Why some people feel the need to trash places is stupid isnt it. Also dont get why all these houses are just left abandoned and to rot. Surely they belonged to folks that must have relatives who are alive to keep the place up and running and good to sell on.😊😊😊
Nice house, looks like middle class posh people. Ed meets Norman 🤣I'm grateful for all your videos . I hope you all have a wonderful week too. Take care, I'll be looking forward to next Sunday 💖💖💖💖

beautiful old house..such a waste x
The "drum sticks" are actually large knitting needles. My wife has some that size.
The Gold thing you picked up is like a telephone book, you used the aphlabet to keep your numbers. I haven't seen one for 25 years
Somebody there went to the Musicians Institute in London. The old course tapes in the tape collection.
36:33 any converse shoes?
Amazing house, a shame it's been left to fall into such a state. Can't believe someone's trashed stuff and bnic

20:40 the best part
Hi guys. What I find strange is how the people that do the trashing don’t take the items that are worth £.
Αt 20.40 someone farted as i heard😂😂
The cutlery is stainless steel and common as.
Do you ever try to find out what happened to the people? It’s so sad that 3 generations just up and disappeared from their home.
Been binging on your videos all weekend and think they’re great, especially when ya bottle goes when someone’s about 😂😂 but do feel uneasy when there’s too much mucking about. It shows lack of respect.
Guys you did you get to investigate the caravan
If you get mold you need to have air coming in to the building a window or air vent open a little always get the roof fixed and clean out the leaves from the guttering or use a little bleach mixed with water to clean walls or celling to keep rid of moud and wear a mask and gloves mold can ruin your curtains so have short light ones up wash all ornaments with moud cleaner you can buy from supermarket shame things smell of mold nice house and over grown garden
the object as u whent in with a dial is a phone number address book, ude turn dial 2 a persons initials then itll open so u can have there phone number 2 call.
15:13 "rape" here means a subdivision of the county of Sussex ... the term is unique to Sussex and goes back at least a thousand years. The word is thought to be related to "rope" in the sense of a boundary.
