I have been a Emergency Nurse for just about 40 yrs. I have seen grown men cowering in pain from finger & toe nail injuries. They don’t care what we do “just make the pain go away!!!”. Sometimes it’s from blunt injury or infection under the nail; once we make a hole in the nail making the fluid escape, they are beyond grateful!!! When I watch your videos, seeing the fluid run out, I unconsciously take a big sigh of relief every time! 😮💨😮💨

LOL Glad to know I'm not the only one that literally feels him self physically RELAX when that pressure is released and you KNOW the cow feels that.

I have broken my nose and a toe, and I would break my nose 10 more times before my toe again, so I believe it! I set my nose myself by accident when I grabbed it in shock, and didn't even go to the hospital. It didn't feel great, but was bearable. When I broke my toe trying not to step on a foster kitten, I laid on the floor cryin for about 10 minutes, so...

I've broken toes and had a bad toe infection, I am so grateful to the Emergency Room staff who cared for me. The relief when the toe infection was drained was so good, so I too sigh when that hoof gets drained. Thank you for what you do. ❤️💥🦶🏻❤️🩹

That poor, poor little girl! It is just as much a relief for many of us, to watch your skill, with these beautiful girls, I'll call this one Molly.
As a retired nurse, just seeing that liquid makes me feel better… knowing the pressure is released makes such a world of difference. You guys are angels of mercy. 💝
Your kindness, camaraderie and sense of humor in the videos remind me of the James Herriot books that I’ve treasured for the last 5 decades.

YES! I'm amazed at how much I recall from those books about cows...I recall the story about the cow who had to have one claw amputated because of arthritis affecting it and how the farmer reacted (badly), and then James got fainted on by the farmer's son!

I can't agree with you more, the HGP really does remind me of James Herriot. I had all the books I had to donate them when I downsized

Just as an FYI, the breed of cows that result in the black and white coloring is Holstein.
The amount of pain that some of these cows must be experiencing is staggering. The compassion and kindness that they receive must be such relief.
There's no wonder that she had her head hung n looked so fed up with a hole like that in her foot , so glad you lads could help her out and she must deffo feel much better .
I’m happy to see that the suggestion I offered on how to flummox the copycats, putting your blocks on first with a healthy amount of green glue, then even if they steal your vids, they’re still advertising your glue, was apparently now standard operating procedure. Not that I knew the procedure before but I’m happy to see the glue taking a front seat in every close up.
Graeme, this gal certainly received a profound treatment today. The exiting walk was most impressive. Thank you for caring and for showing us her face too. 🤕

As a man who suffered from pain most of his life... Back pain, foot pain, among many other things, most of the time I cry watching these videos. God bless all your good work.
I love how he calls her this little cow. And he calls them lass. It just shows how much he cares. 💜❤️💜❤️💜❤️💜

🥺❤️ The poor love. They are such dear, sweet creatures 🐄 Thank you for helping.
I rather appreciate how your newer videos often (but not always) favor overdubbed audio over live-on-site; it makes your voice MUCH clearer (since you can control for the background audio more precisely when your overdub is separate) - and it makes clear when you DO say something live that it is in fact a surprise on the spot.
She had a huge cavity in her hoof! The relief she will get from this trim will improve the pain overnight. This big girl has a long hoof time regrowth.❤️😊
It's great to see how much the dairy industry is evolving in terms of cow care. Still a long way to go, but it's definitely getting better
such a serious injury. but here comes the Saint to all cows. his light touch and applying medication will truly bring healing and comfort. thank you Dr. Hoof GP.
This channel never fails to brighten my day, seeing cows get the treatment and healing they need to live their best lives. Keep it up, Graham!
Dang! That poor girl had nearly no sole left on that claw. Graeme, you did it again. You do work that is a blessing to God's creatures, my friend.

Considering the size of that hoof cavern, I'm surprised there wasn't a GALLON of pus spurting out like a geyser!
Oh that poor lil moo :( She's GOT to feel so much better! Thank you for all you guys do to help these lil ladies stay healthy and comfortable!
Really cool! I like the fact that we are watching all the procedure of trimming the hoofs and we don’t see just the result! 😊!
That's one heck of a hole! I'm suprised there wasn't custard come out..

Me too! You'dve thought there would have been a BIG spurt instead of that dribble, given the SIZE of that cavern!
Hope we will get a recheck on this dear cow in the future so we can follow her healing process. ❤️🐄
Can’t put into words how concerned I feel when these lovely creatures are dealing with such discomfort & pain .... and and then absolute relief & warmth of the GOOD feelings I experience once the job is done & we can all see the difference in the cows response to it. GP, you & your fellow co-horts (brothers in law) are wonderful and much needed in the world we live in as your heartfelt & hard work are such an important contribution in creating a pleasant existence for sooo many !!!!❤
I cannot tell you how much I enjoy watching these videos! I know Graeme enjoys his work.
Bless her heart…🐄…Sooo brave, for that must have been agony. 💕 Well done Graeme, that’s another fine job you’ve done!
This Channel Rocks !! I am very grateful for the compassion that this team shows towards these animals. Truly a Blessing 🙂
This little lady is lucky to have your team looking after her.
That broke my heart. I can always see that you know their pain and so compassionate with them.
And THAT is why we have the HOOF GP. Saving one cow at a time from pain ❤️🇨🇦🐄
It always warms my heart to see the cows realize they can walk without so much pain after your treatment. You do great work!
I'm so glad cows like this have someone like you to help them. 😢 Poor girl.

In small family farms, 60ish with just 30 milking at a time, all of them walking up to the barn in hopes of brushing or a treat even if they aren't in the stalls, the farmer usually does the minor trims. My dad checked those in the stall daily while we kids distracted them with the brush. He'd watch those milling around outside while moved around from one to the next. If he had work out in the pasture, he'd watch them then, too. Thwy usually came to him to see what he was doing, unless it was hot and he was in the sun. Then they stayed in the shady trees instead if inspecting his work and licking him. He was always looking for lameness or bites. (Usually insect bites or stings, not predators; the working dog slept near the little den under the porch all the others had dug out by the time I came along, but were of like Superman if there was anything but the occasional discontented moo from the pasture.) That level of care and concern - he was just typical of farmers in the area. He probably looked his herd of kids over the same way and we just didn't catch it (like the cows didn't) because we were so used to seeing his love for us. So don't you worry. Most are caught in just a few days, but the problem is proportionate to the weight.
It hurts my heart to see any animal in pain. Thank you so much for helping these sweet girls.
Never fails to put a smile on my face seeing the cows walking much better after you treat them
Imagine walking around with that on your foot and you weigh as much as that cow, must be so painful. Great work Mr Hoof GP.
I find it so satisfying seeing the cows walk with reduced pain.
Thanks for always being forward with minor errors, we're all human, and we know you're going to make this cow's life way better!
I love how you treat these cows.... You are truly a Godsend for these poor cows in so much pain.

When I watched Graeme helping this poor heifer, it reminded me that in the human world, women's health and medical issues are not taken as seriously as men's medicine (at least not in the U.S.). So BRAVO to Graeme, Craigie-boy and Kevin for looking after the girls health with as much care, concern and skill as they do.
The work you guys do is absolutely awesome to watch, I'm a nurse to just like we advocate for our patients, you guys advocate for the livestock. Keep up the wonderful and amazing work that y'all do
Ohhhhh looking at her eyes in the close up you provided, my heart went out to her. She was so obviously in pain. Then after your magic hands I can almost hear her sigh with relief. Thank you for caring as much as you do. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️🇬🇧🇨🇦
I have always felt for these ladies. The past three weeks, I have been laid up with a foot issue of my own, so even more so. And, my goodness, what you can do! Got notice my shirt is in the mail. Looking forward to it!
I want to sing the praises of Craig and Kev. 🎶🎵. Happy helpers.😊

Wow, the difference you made to that cows pain was immediate and incredible. I bet she felt so much relief, and then being able to put her leg down would have felt amazing. Well done xxx

Thank you, you guys make a huge contribution to these animals and words cannot express the gratitude I and others have for everything you do . Thanks again from a far...

Poor sweet love that must feel so much better! 🐮❤️
Thank you for taking care of these animals!!!
Aww bless her little hooves! She's much steadier and comfortable thanks to you's ❤xx
This is a beautiful cow, and I feel so bad about the pain she had to endure. Thank u for helping her. 😊
Poor bby. I am so happy you could help her. And a big big big thank you to you, Hoof GP. Thanks to your explanations on how Cows walk when they try to put weight away from their hint claws, i could spot a problem on my cat, who did the exact same thing. (Putting his head down and having the back curved to get as much weight as possible on the front paws). Of course my bby doesn't have hoofes, it is a joint problem. But i am still so happy i could see it before he really started to walk unevenly and before he would have been in even more pain.
Such wonderful caregivers. You must have given so many animals a chance at loving life again 💕
Wow that is good and a big relief for her. Great job❤
I received my Pre~Order "One Herd" T~shirt today! Hooray from Wisconsin, USA! I love it, it's awesome! I am surprised by how fast it got here, really. It says it was mailed out on the 18th and today is the 26th! Only 8 days! Very cool!
Thank you for helping these cows As an Agric Student, this makes me happy, I can’t explain it❤
i almost felt as much relief as the cow did, another great job
So happy you're there to help them.
Please do more videos like this where it’s right down to business! They’re my favorite to fall asleep to.
Thank you so much for the work you do. Having two pets of my own, i can only imagine the fear and confusion the cows go through due to both the injuries themselves and the treatments you provide, but i hope seeing the relief after is reward enough for the hardship of empathizing with the stress and pain.
You are a. God send to these beautiful creatures. I love watching them walk away in less pain than before their pedicure.😊
Im new to this channel; You Tube recommended to me because I love cow videos 😂 Thanks for your care and attention to these beautiful gentle animals ❤
Blessings, all of the best blessings for folks like you... the relief you must be providing with your work is beyond imagination.🙏
Great job! Thanks for showing us how much you care about the ladies 🎉
What a fantastic outcome for the cow. I hope she heals well
Love watching you help these cows.
I love watching you take care of these lovely ladies (and sometimes the bulls, too). It just reminds me of home ❤
that poor girl! It must be so rewarding to you to see such a difference in her....
You make such a difference in these animals life's. For that I thank you.
Poor girl that looked so painful. I’m a pediatric nurse and I just want to comfort the injured girls as you trim their feet.
Loving the documentary style suspense build up. I’m sure this is such fulfilling work to make a difference for these cows in such a short amount of time.
I’m so glad you help these cows. It breaks my heart to see them in pain, but I know you’ll almost always relieve a lot of it and start then healing. Thank you for what you do!
Aww poor baby 😢. Glad you were there to help them start to heal
So glad she was feeling better after your work on her!
HGP! I'm a ginger and constantly asked if I'm Irish. I currently live in the U.S. but visit my family in Scotland often. Such a beautiful place anyway you look. Now, when I see these ladies hooves, I will think of you and your family. HGP!
I grew up on a horse farm but i noticed that the cattle we had usually suffered more problems with their hoofs than the horses did. I really enjoy your videos they take me back to my childhood and the care that we took with both the horses and the cattle that we had.
Thank you for giving her so much relief
Holy Moly what looked fine for a minute turned out to be a massive cavity. Looking forward to an update on her progress.
Wow! That was a huge cavern. I'm so glad you made her feel better. ❤
I am so glad that you can help her ❤️
