We Experienced The All New Star Wars Guided Tour At Disney's Hollywood Studios!

In today's video we head to Disney's Hollywood Studios as invited media to experience the Star Wars Guided Tour. Because we were invited media we received this tour free of charge compliments of Disney. On the tour we learned about all aspects of Star Wars in Disney's Hollywood Studios; including some fun facts and easter eggs on Star Tours, interesting information on screen used props inside of Star Wars Launch Bay. We got front of the line access to meet Kylo Ren, Chewbacca, & BB8! Lunch was included at Backlot Express where a few Storm Troopers made the rounds to keep us in line! The tour also includes access to a special viewing location for the Star Wars Fireworks at the end of the night, although we didn't use this particular experience for this video. That was great! Also it cracks me up imagining Tim as a Sith and/or First Order member, lol. Like, he's just out there being all nice and friendly, and also swinging around his red lightsaber and bringing death to the Resistance--while probably apologizing and making cartoon character noises XD
I like when Tim uses the royal we when he’s by himself 😂

we did the Star Wars guided tour last August as a celebration of my son reaching his goals in his IEP. He was absolutely having the time of his life that day. He was dressed as Han solo and his Bear was Chewie. It was soooo much fun and learned a lot of fun facts!

The Star Wars Dessert Party is a separate event. But we watched the fireworks in the same place that the dessert party guests go. We were right up front and were able to sit on the raised area in front of the Chinese Theater. I will warn you that you will feel the heat from the fire that they use. My son has sensory issues and as long as he had his headphones he was ok. He hid a little bit in my arm when the fire went off but was ok with the rest.
I did this tour in August 2018 with my husband and 2 boys. We are all Star Wars nuts and really loved it. I heard some of the information that the tour guides gave you on this tour is slightly different to what we got so I can see that they've changed it. The boys are 7 & 10 and they adored the jedi training, marching with the first order, and the character interactions. The stormtroopers in the Backlot Express when we stopped for lunch gave us so much time and had fun with the boys. Then to cap it all off when you buy these tour tickets, I think you forgot to mention, we got reserved observation for the fireworks that night. I highly recommend this tour the guide to guest ratio is low and you are treated so well and they took so much care with our young children. I loved watching pieces of it again with you thanks Tim. I'm really hoping that they continue to do the tour when Galaxy's Edge opens because it'll be amazing!

We went to Disney World during Christmas...just a few months ago. Star Wars has always been my favorite, so it was great to see a little bit of behind the scenes. The cast members are so kind and one of the employees in the Launch Bay named Fernando took the time to share all the new things coming this year and how he loved Star Wars as well. I can’t wait to see Galaxy’s Edge later this year...and episode IX!

When I was at Hollywood studios for my college program my friend was buying a water from this stand near the stage show but there was a bit of a line. While I waited for her, I was standing behind the stage and seeing the characters go in and out of the stage and Boba Fett was waiting to go on. Nobody else was around me everyone was watching the show. He kept staring at me for about 2 minutes very intensely and didn’t move! Then after the show I knew they walk away together and I made sure I was the first the characters see and Boba Fett came out and he nodded to me! I’m not a big Star Wars fan (only saw one movie) but that moment just made me so happy and I love him now haha
