This project.. My goodness it was such a BLAST!! Working with Blair, Jay, and many of the artists/singers was a treat! I had a lot of fun writing the lyrics, and helping out in the development. The team had a great time overall, and I wouldn’t mind doing another one of these, I’d be down to see what song we could parody next.

I love how certain characters never left their opinion on Gaster on this animation! Now this probably is just due to not every character obviously being able to fit in this animation, but characters like Flowey, seem like they would know a lil about the truth, so since they were left out to intern, because they know too much! (Also, this song also kinda interprets how we thing about Gaster as a community, since we barely know what he acts like, or even if he is a character anymore!) But the real reason is probably because not all characters could be put in, lol

I somewhat re-enter the Undertale fandom and this is what I see? I should've done so sooner, this is amazing! The characters fit their encanto parts so much (Sans as Camilo works so well and I have to admit I laughed about that) And the animation? The lyrics? The voice acting? All of it is amazing. I was squealing at parts of this, it's so good!

Honestly, I feel like he has the same role as he does in Deltarune, however in a much smaller scale and not nearly as devastating as what happened to Jevil and Spamton. The goners are an example of characters seemingly affected by Gaster, and at least in this video, Chara and Asriel were seemingly affected as well. Though in a more strictly canon sense, Sans is probably the biggest example of a character affected by him. I mean, considering it’s assumed that Gaster revealed to Jevil and Spamton the truth of their worlds, (mostly theorized to be reveals like how DT works, timelines, and resets of whatever) then who’s to say that Sans’s knowledge on said timelines isn’t from him? After all Sans already HAS some connections with Gaster. This is more of a speculation of course, with no concrete evidence, but it’s certainly an idea.

Bruh how does this work so well???? All of you were amazing, and the thought that must've gone into which character does which segment is mindblowing. Having Papyrus take over from Isabella's part was a 200IQ move

Dang this is probably the best Undertale animation I've ever seen! The VA is on point, the art is fire, and not to mention how accurate the characters are, and how good they sing! I love how Sans is crying in Pap's part

This is an absolute cinematic masterpiece, the voices sound perfectly fitting to the characters and even take a break from some of the overused voices (sans, undyne), the artists did a great job at capturing the mood and emotion the song puts out, i can only imagine how much effort that was put into this, splendid job to everyone who worked on this project ❤️

I AM SMILING??? This video is SUCH a perfect concept I was excited by just the thumbnail. Your choices for everyone were PERFECT and the dialogue choices were so well decided and EVERYONE IS SUCH A GOOD SINGER. I love this version of the song so much :D This is my interpretation relating to this song: I like to think if it follows the Encanto Story way, I would think that what happened with Chara and Asriel isn't his fault. I think he would just have told Chara about the buttercups that made Asgore sick and how a soul can turn a monster to become like a God, without thinking that Chara would use that information to kill themselves and use Asriel to become a God. Then Gaster hid himself away in the void to make sure nobody would use his superior intelligence to get someone killed ever again (thinking that he blames himself for what happened to everyone who got involved with him)

i LOVE this so much. especially frisks voice. They have such a beautiful singing voice. and as for voice acting, i loved alphys' voice actor, they really captured her feeling!

This is perfect! I don't know if it was your intention or not but I like how it implies that Gaster, like Bruno, isn't evil he's just mysterious and unfortunate scientist. There are a lot of villain Gaster HCs but I don't see him that way also I like to think Sans knows some of the truth here and is just messing with Frisk lol. There is some evidence in the game that Sans has some association with Gaster.

I’M DYING. THE WAY FRISK LOOKS BACK AND FORTH FROM PAPYRUS TO SANS.

Wow, the lyrics for this cover were crafted so thoughtfully! Every opportunity for adaptation was taken. I especially love Papyrus' line about his powers growing like blue bones, as a parallel to the original lyrics about grapes on the vine.

Bro everything about this was amazing I loved all the character designs and how you assigned the perfect parts to each character! This is honestly mind blowing

sans part sounded so good ! I'm glad he got that verse it fit him also the verse papyrus sung also fitted him

I really like this, and I think this was just BEAUTIFUL, PERFECT, and AMAZING! I did, however, think that the ending could've been more interesting if it was were Frisk put pieces of a puzzle together, similar to in Encanto, and they see themself with a knife, covered in dust (and turning it to the side would show them with their friends), though I still think the ending was really good! Sorry if you weren't looking for pointless suggestions. I really love the designs, and the song really fit the characters. I think this whole thing ended up PERFECT, and I definitely think this should be the type of animation that the fandom remembers for a long time. I especially like how the lyrics were changed to fit the characters better, and to represent scenes in the game (such as the pie incident). To summarize, this whole thing was very beautiful. I did not intend on saying this much about this masterpiece, but I did. Anyway off to go talk about Gaster.
