We Dined at the BEST Steakhouse in Kenya
After walking in front of the Local Grill dozens of time as it is conveniently located inside the Village Market Mall, we finally decided to go in for dinner. My only regret is not going to this steakhouse before!
The restaurant has a very nice steakhouse look and ambiance with the open kitchen on the first floor and a nice bar on the second floor. The wood everywhere and darker tones really are a really nice touch.
Our meal started with some delicious chicken and some of the best carpaccio we have ever had. With two glasses of red of course.
From there, we went for a little surf and turf with Tracey getting a beautiful piece of salmon and myself going for a perfectly grilled T-bone steak.
To end, we shared a piece of their sticky toffee pudding which is simply one of the best dessert in the whole world!
Overall, an fantastic meal and experience as a whole. The Local Grill Restaurant in Nairobi is ideal for date night or to celebrate something special.

Your reactions remind me of the vid of the man in a restaurant who stood up and started asking, yelling for the person who cooked his food, the waiter serving them walked over to see what was wrong, the man did not relent. The manager tries to diffuse the situation and the guy is like who cooked this? Eventually the chef comes out and is like it was me, dude sends a chef's kiss saying its the best meal he's ever eaten. You guys were the less dramatic version of him 😀😀
