The amount of work that goes into any trail is nuts, you are doing a great job of documenting the effort that goes in that Majority of riders don't appreciate.

This video is an excellent example of how hard trail builders work FOR FREE to create such amazing things for us to ride. Thank-you Eric, Yuka, and all the others that helped. I can't wait to see your completed trail. And thanks to all those trail builders out there that volunteer their time and effort! Our sport wouldn't exist with out you!

Gotta say that your use of AR and Lidar in this is the coolest trailbuilding video parts I've ever seen! Very smart use of technology.

Agreed, this is a cutting edge workflow for this kind of design.

What is so awesome about these videos is that it isn't just MTB or trail riding. All of the additional stuff just adds the perfect complimentary spice (tree falling, milling, etc.). Love it!

If berm peak and bcpov (seth and eric) helped on each others trails and made a video about it i would click faster than 1 billion time the speed of light

This video is just put so well together you can tell it takes a long time to edit.

I absolutely love your videos. At first I assumed trailbuilders just took whatever wood they wanted, whether it was dead or alive. But your videos have shown me that you guys try to be as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible and I really appreciate that!

Fantastic videos you make.. I show them to my Sunday School kids (to gather attention at the beginning of class) and they were awed at it being 148 years old. More than just MTB riding, thanks for the excellent way you craft them.

@@mtbewan5632 It's a program called Polycam but you need a pretty new iPhone 12 Pro version (or pro max, or 2020 ipad pro) with a LIDAR scanner to use it.

3D to RealD all in HD! woooo Donut lady!!! Due to a motorcycle accident I haven't been capable of mountain biking for 22 years. Your videos bring back feelings of excitement and joy. They bring me back to riding my hard tail on forest trails! Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou

Props to OP for ingenuity and resourcefulness in the design and construction, but even more so for the back-breaking labor that was put into this project by all involved. I would hope those who ride this trail and feature watch this video and appreciate the effort. The AR you are using and CAD'd features is really incredible. Makes creating features so much less math when you're getting the angles right by matching what you're seeing in AR. Really amazing.

The amount of effort you put into this stuff is admirable and eye opening! Looks absolutely beautiful! I cant wait to get my vaccines and go riding with some old friends this summer if restrictions ease up!

The 3D scan and AR is amazing. I love how it improves the construction efficiency and takes out so much guess work, measuring, fitting, etc. Freaking cool man!

This is turning in to one of the best looking trails in the entire seatosky/fraser valley corridor - which is saying a lot.

I usually prefer your riding videos on gnarly trails, but this is a perfectly composed video start to finish, and transports the viewer into the woods. You've managed to make an ugly clear cut look beautiful in that last shot 👌.

This is the first time I actually saw the practical use of AR. Wow!!

@@BCpov There's a cool website called Voxxlr which lets u upload your scans, measure them and even add models. Its also built into chrome so you just have to type Voxxlr into google.
