WE CRASHED A SUBSCRIBER'S WEDDING // First Dance Song
Hi Everyone,
So many of you have been excited to see this vlog! We hope you enjoy it.
The time finally came around for us to perform at a subscriber’s wedding. To celebrate hitting 100K subscribers, we ran a competition to find one lovely couple who wanted us to sing and perform at their wedding, for free, this summer.
Thank you to each and everyone of you who watched, shared and entered the competition.
Our random name generator selected Catrin and Josh, two teachers from Bristol, who wanted us to sing their first dance song.
We couldn’t have hoped for a better couple and we had so much fun performing You’re Still The One (Ben Rector cover) and Love Is Easy (McFly).
In this vlog, we take you behind the scenes, showing you the rehearsal process and the performance itself, followed by a nostalgic trip back to Loughborough University, where it all began 10 years ago.
It was the perfect stop-off point as we headed up north to another wedding.
We show you where we used to live and party, as well as divulging some naughty stories from our time as students.

Yes book more! Its nerve cracking isn't it at first and especially when you are making sure everything goes well i.e. singing and playing the piano and equipment working correctly. Yet another too adorable vlog!! I love how you two define the naughty bits you did. British naughty is clearly very different then American naughty. Drunk climbing a building might qualify as a little more then naughty. I was thinking more....holy crap so glad, and lucky, they didn't fall off and kill themselves!! The crazy things kids will do when away at Uni!! I have to say though, I really don't see that big of change in either of you from 2013 to 21, well except the Colin belly part. Thanks for sharing your time at the wedding. It looks like it was a very good time for everyone. I'm sure they hated to see you leave the party. And glad they didn't mind the filming so you could share with the rest of us.

This was all so beautiful! I would love a video on your original video..more details on the one that started it all..like who is the girl that cried all the way through the song? The guy with her just kept looking at her and smiling. The 2 guys in the blue suits that were really getting into it at the end...the friendships with your wedding party, the brother in law and Jamie's brother, things like that. We'd love to meet them!! Jamie and Megan - love the baby onesie at the end. Not sure if you’ve mentioned Colin or Colinette’s homecoming outfit; if not, anything that isn’t a pull down over-the-head is easier. Like a zip up or button up two piece outfit. Just speaking from experience. I’m sure whatever you choose will be adorable!

Could say 150,000 likely more chance reach that goal first then the 200,000 you both are super super popular I even sing wedding version of mcfly song etc so on majority ones did stick in your head

Loughborough born and bred 😊 I also lived on Leopold Street, please tell me you used to go to Wans fish and chips/Chinese 🤣, it was so cheap and the students were always in there! Goodliffes is a fab place, food is always lovely.

Of course. Loved that place. The one on the corner, half way along leopold? Also lived on fearon and radmoor for a year each. Loughborough will always be a very special place for us

What, no way!! I lived at 17 fearon Street the year after 123 leopold. I had the front room at the bottom. That’s so strange. What a coincidence. Thats sad to here. Yes, Paget was are go to pub. We had a lot to club socials that started there. We were tempted to try go for a drink but it was 10am and thought it a little early.🤣🤣

We mainly use a Canon g7x when talking to the camera selfie style. For tripod shots we use a Sony a6600, and we also have a gopro hero 9 for action shots.

I wondered the same thing but didn’t want to say so as not to draw attention to it. I didn’t think Megan would give it away though. You both are wonderful by the way. I just love your channel.
