Just wanted to add to your guys statements. My dad owns a gym and I grew up training. I eventually competed in a show at 23 and it was the most challenging thing I’ve ever done. That discipline carried forward into school and eventually matched into a highly competitive surgical specialty. Not because I was smarter but because I was willing to endure more pain than anyone else while studying. Bodybuilding is such an incredible sport and you guys hit some really important topics. It’s not just mindless meatheads. It’s far more than that. Keep up the inspirational work Larry. I’ve been a follower for years. Strong work brother and wish you all the best.

Greg was one of the first KZread channels I started to follow when getting back into lifting and running gear again. He's very entertaining and extremely smart guy.

In bodybuilding, posing is key. Larry should take posing guidance from multiple people to have many eyes and opinions on it, just like he did with arm wrestling technique. Also different bodybuilding-focused training techniques and so on.

Larry should not be traveling right now for a while, but have a rest of at least six weeks imo. He has had a major insult to his health with this prep, and a recent health scare, as we all remember. He has taken a loan in health, fueled by stimulants and peds. Now it is time to dial all that down, and let the body fully heal and recover, and he will be back stronger and better.
