I love my Shield Plus. I have a MC9 and Hellcat as well but Plus is my favorite Micro. MC9 is very close tho

I legit was talking this in one of my line of fire videos The biggest question is will a company every be able to erase its original bad rep by dropping numerous firearms of better quality that compare with the likes of Glocks and or sig like in this video I personally never held a gx4 but I know a few heads that praise it so it was nice to see it be leading by the end of the video ! 5:09 it’s probably tighter because the gun is overall heavy which results in less muzzle flip.

idk man, y'all might have to revisit Canik's latest pistols. Also, you brought up a great point at the end regarding pricing and markups. Bigger companies spend more on marketing and R&D, so their prices go up. Meanwhile, Taurus and Canik can swoop in, make little changes, and get similar quality firearms (in some cases) out at lower price points.

Great comparison video with legit reactions to the recoil & feel of all 4...👍 I would like to see a sub $200 red or green dot on the gx4xl & a new video with that. Maybe a Viridian RFX 15 which has an aluminum housing or the RFX 11 which has a polymer housing. Both have the RMSc footprint. Or something else comparable in price to those.

When I first started caring I got the 43x and I carried it for one summer I went to the range on the regular and I just didn’t feel comfortable with shooting it gun was to small in my hands was over gripping got the 26 and just feel in love the THICKER slide and handle was just right got the x grip and put my extra Glock 45 mag in 18+1 my edc

I have a Taurus G3c and have around a 1000 rounds through mine and no issues

Taurus been making good guns now not all of them was good but they have made really good pistols in the past

Great content and fair assessment on the GX 4L. I've seen you guys come off the Glock train, onto SIG and to be stumped by what Taurus has offered as far as price and quality amongst it's other competitors is very refreshing to see 👍🏾.

I’m with GHG about the price. Because if it’s on par with a gun that’s $750-$825 Gun like the X Macro why is Taurus Selling It For $250-$350? Like what’s the catch? It's bc they assemble them in Bainbridge ga. I know 2 ppl who work there and they don't pay them too much over the $7.25 min wage. One of them always complains saying he puts together hundreds of them a week. But his check each week can barely buy a G3.

Taurus has an ongoing recall on the Gx4. They have had reliability issues for a while. But showing improvement. For that reason I wouldn't put them over Glock. Good video

Exactly people will never get over the name. But u gotta approach it like u did and just put rounds down range, like if u didnt know brand name or reputation and just gave u blank name guns and choose the best on taurus has been up there with their recent offerings. And just like yall said the performance was just as good if not better for lower price.

People have to be honest about the G26 it has a tone of party tricks, IE. can be a 40sw in g27 version. Can carry more rounds with a shorter grip.

I must say y'all are my favorite gun tubers and always looking forward you your content.

I gotta be honest, the 26 is snappy as hell but it can be mitigated through grip and training. I’ve had mine 10 years so I’m good. Now that Taurus is something different and has better sites. But I’d compete with accuracy with any of those against the 26 and come out on top. IJS. Great video Brothers. Keep going.

It’s the grip y’all added to the 43x everyone like they own Shit but no finger groves is the move . And a mag well 💗

I'm starting to figure out that there's a name tax on many brand's. Especially Sig and shadow system's. And then you get to the big boy tax guns such as the 2011's. But, there is a material quality difference in most of the higher priced guns. I guess the worth of something, comes down to the person that owns the object.

Rather ♉️G3X/C >Gx4 for the mags alone (G3 Sig/Canik mag compatible) but a lot of ♉️won’t run HSTs OTB (polish ramp/break in or stick to 🐝Duty) however still take ♉️G3C(hot glue+lighter safety fix🤭),SD9VE🪶👑,MP 2.0 3.6 compact😴/SubC,Canik MC9,PSA micro 🗡,G19/G26/23 >43x, also try download to 10/12rd EDC🪶over getting smaller guns but hands down for the 💰that M&P 2.0 3.6 compact/subc the g26 we all been asking for 🤣

I have a G2C and I must admit I am satisfied and like it wish it had a better trigger but for what I payed for it during the pandemic I’ve put over 1000 rounds and have had not one fail ! It’s not my EDC I carry a hellcat but I have used it as a duty gun at times on my security job ! What’s your opinion on either the hellcat or the G2C? Love you guys by the way great content and friendships I wish Chicago had outdoor ranges like that

Chris did a video on the G2C. I had the G2 calibered in.40 and a G2C as my EDC. I traded in my G2 .40 for the GX4XL. I loved them all. The difference is the trigger, the GX4 series has a good trigger, especially compared to the other models

I’ve carried a Taurus since 2007. They are extremely dependable, durable, & I’ve never had a malfunction with a Taurus. I always highly recommend them to budget shooters.

Taurus is really stepping up. Closing on 2000 rounds through my G2S and I swear it's getting better as it wears in. I love the X-Macro, but I can *afford* the Taurus. If it holds up over time I think it's a winner.

I really enjoyed these videos with these guns. I will say, I have the 43x and the regular gx4. The short gx4 shoots much softer than the 43x. I have the 365 with a wilson combat xl frame, and I still like the way the gx4 shoots better. Now, as for the macro and gx4 xl comparison in this video, do you think that the light on the macro gave a small advantage to the sig? In terms of recoil?

I’m still waiting on Taurus to send me my shipping label so they can fix my gx4 that has nothing wrong with it. They put a recall on a few runs of serial numbers. Over 1000 rounds and no issues. It’s a trooper.

Lowkey the trigger in the gx4 breaks further fwd than most concealed carry size firearms and all the other Taurus pistols.

I have been saying the Gx4 is Taurus's best carry gun line. Here in Ohio they are cheaper than the Taurus G3 series. You can get a Gx4 for $225. The only thing I don't like about it is the way you tried it down.

ive at some point owned both (gave the GX4 to a friend) and I can pretty confidently say the MC9 is a 'better' gun. it shoots better (flatter) and the trigger is a little better imo. I will say however that all the differences are preference based so you cant go wrong with either. however, canik gives you more out the box.

But if your giving Taurus a chance definitely need to bring the Mete MC9 and the TP9 SC in the mix because they take all canik mags and that trigger is best outta the box. And the original sc got gun of the year before and the Rival just won USPA shooting championship only can dodge the elephant in the room for so long😂😂😂😂
