Hi guys! I usually don’t comment but I got my car seat installed by a safety place and it’s actually a misconception that the middle seat is the safest. It is the back passenger seat. You guys are good. God forbid there’s an accident where you have to reach in a take out baby, the outer seats are definitely safest. That’s why the latches are there. Also, I heard cam say that he’s going to push the front seat back to secure the car seat more. ( I used to think this way too) the safety guy told us that it needs 2 inch clearance actually or the car seat won’t operate correctly in case of an accident. So don’t use the front seat for that. Make sure there is space between the car seat and front seat. They are designed for impact and and need that clearance to work or the impact will go to baby if it can’t move the way it’s designed too. The guy we used was very informative so I would suggest maybe finding one in your area. He even said that the mirrors that go on the headrest are not child safety approved and anything stored in the back dash boards is extremely dangerous in case of an accident because they multiply in weight depending on the speed of impact. So a 1lb mirror could be a 50lb object being flung at baby. Or anything stored in the back dash. Like I usually have shoes or umbrella back there because I didn’t know. Anyways, hope this helps!!

Please don’t get discouraged! I’ve had 3 babies at full term (37-39 weeks) all ranging from 6.4, 6.1 and 5.0. It’s normal and you are doing an awesome job!

Oh my gosh. I guessed it on the DOT! She is getting big ❤😊 I was 7lbs 151/2 oz & my husband was 9lbs 4oz. Both of my boys came out to 9lbs 12oz 1 year apart. I can’t wait to see her 😊

The center seat is not always the safest. It’s where ever you can get the best install! Also I know with Evenflo you need like 2 inches between the car seat and the front seat. I’m not sure if any other brands require that but definitely check that out because you may not be able to have the front seat touch the car seat. Also check your manual to make sure seat protectors are allowed! Graco allows a thin towel to act as a protector but most brands do not allow seat protectors

I had my daughter when I was 16, she was 7 pounds 6 ounces. Turning 18 on May 18th!!!! My son I had when I was 18, and he was 6 pounds 7 ounces!! Same as babygirl!!!!! He’s now going to be 16!!! Crazy how much time flies!!!!!

I had growths scans with my 4 kids, with my little girl I was told she was 6lb 9oz at 38 weeks she was born 4 days past her due date and was only 5lb 11oz when she was born ❤
