It's German and it's making fun of KZreadrs saying things like "Look at my life! So many likes and I'll do this!" The bit about likes means "1 million likes because I'm sharing my life with you, 2 million likes and I'll take my clothes off, 3 million likes and I'll do something with my fist." I think that part might be referring to these young KZread girls. And the 'influenza style' part is saying that it's like a virus, spreading throughout the internet. The fact that they are in silly costumes making videos of themselves doing silly things is similar to what people on KZread do for views and clicks. So the whole thing is a satire on self-centred egocentric KZreadrs. I would translate the title as "Clicks, Likes, Fame, Nice!" but 'geil' can mean 'hot' or 'great' as well.

There's a lot of clickbait and overall lots of drama at the moment. And "geil" literally means "horny" but we also use it in the sence of "awesome" or "cool".

hell yeah, i always comeback and check whats new! You should react to bullet for my valentine- hand of blood or From Autumn To Ashes- Pioneers! Two of my favorite songs and judging but what you have liked... i think youd like them. I listen to those songs a lot, would be interested on your opinions.
