Dreh auf = Turn up / Mach laut = Turn loud / Die Nachbarn woll'n es auch = The neighbors wan' it too (Dreh auf has multible meanings in german: To turn something up, to open something with a rotating motion...) Basically it means to turn the volume way up.

And if I can believe my German teacher also 'to go crazy' right? We actually listened to this song in school :) My teacher ALWAYS reserves the last 15 minutes of each class to show some German music and analyse lyrics. He's the best!
