Hey Jhampa, please check the new 82mm forged piston and the new con rod weight compared to the stock one, and adjust the crankshaft counterbalance weight accordingly to get near 0 vibrations and better performance/ less wear on the crank bearings and crank journals. Great work, I have watched the entire series, all other things done well. bdw another advantage of your longer con rod is better top end power and reduced piston skirt wear.

Here in argentina we have a kit 260cc for the ns, 38hp with exhaust, carburetor and filter k&n

For high rpm you definitely need strong valve springs or dual valve springs

You need to upgrade the radiator size too, because the engine will start to produce more heat which can't be handled by stock cooling system.

It's true you will get performance boost but so many things can go wrong. In company they make engines architecture according to the specs in mind,make thousands of simulations,like compression ratio, pressure in cylinder blocks,, clutch systems, spring pressure,valve configuration (whether it's vva with Dohc or single cam, variable valve surface etc),bore:stroke ratio,heat management,counter balancing shaft to counter vibration, torque curves, whether you want high revving engines or not, keeping that in mind the material used to sustain those forces,so many things,which makes it reliable. Changing few things can certainly boost performance but at the end of the day you may have to tow your bike after going to the race track🙂 However,what you're doing still demands some praise,i would advise start from scratch and start thinking methodologically about an engine configuration and start from there,step by step by hand calculation, simulations etc.
