this panels has made, glassfiber mold, and wax good inside, then mix inside urethanfoam and when have hard take out of glassfiber mold and have ready to carry new owner land, inside foam have some rebar and door and windows parts have wood can screw doors and windows strong together at wall, need paln good were need use wood, etc, kitchen self and what install to wall, need wood make before fill mold in foam. simple work if first made mold and plan all furnitures etc, shower etc sink were come and need screw. rebap have triangle style in foam, 2 bar vertical and one horicontal can screw all together tight.

Great Idea to use the expanding foam sealant

What did you hard coat it with? How did you protect the foam?

Заказ принимается только коллективный, ибо закупать оборудование из-за одного дома это неразумно как минимум.Но есть другие технологии, не хуже, но по времени дольше...можно построить и для одного заказчика.Но заранее скажу, вы опоздали с заказом. Коллективная заявка уже принята ...

Ты в юрте то жил? Ох уж эта тупая дрочь на всякий архаизм. В голимой хрущевке на порядок комфортней, чем в избе/юрте/иглу и тд и тп, даже если их вместе сложить. Тут на видео чуть 200 мм теплого матерала, это очень очень хорошие показатели теплотехники.

Спору нет! Экологично. Но это единственный плюс. Спать на полу, вечный сквозняк. Как поднимается ветер, дым от костра по всей юрте... На месте моей службы стояли юрты. Не сказал бы что аффигеный комфорт. Я предпочитал ночевать в "бытовке" где печь "буржуйка" и нормальная кровать.

@@tahirm.1206 Это знаешь такие домашние любители юрт. Сами на тридцати сантиметрах синтепона спят, но одна юта на языке. Вот если выбирать с голым задом посредь степи сидеть или в юрте, то тогда конечно лучше в юрте. Но если за окном не средневековье, то разница между юртой и современной постройкой, как между телегой и лендкрузером.

@@user-eq1xb8hs5x ну у меня на месте службы выбор был не велик. Две землянки, две "бытовки" и две юрты. Я как сержант занял бытовку. Но её через месяц в баню переделали, а в другой жил ротный с прапощиком. Нас троих переселили в юрту от куда, пользуясь своей властью я перешел в землянику... Тоже комфорт так себе, но лучше чем в "юрте". Буржуйку топили круглые сутки. По пояс холодно, выше жара. 😅 За то летом хорошо. 😂 Так что нафиг все альтернативные или исторические способы проживания. Тёплый пол в собственном доме и уютная кровать - наше всё! 😂

not have styrofoam, have 2-component mixed urethane foam. same used small boat unsinkable boat glassfiber body inside.

It appears to be molded from urethane foam with a stick or two of rebar in the middle of each panel. The window and door sections look to have a wood structural member embedded in the edge. This is all just a guess of course but the mold set is probably made from fiberglass. I used to be in the composites industry (boats, wind blades, industrial enclosures, etc) and have done similar moldings. I actually though about something similar to this many years ago. The cool thing about this is you could build one mold set and make all the panels from that one set. You could probably make a panel a day if you did what these guys did. The title says two days but I'm sure that is just to erect the shell. The video doesn't show it but that first dome probably got some kind of covering over the foam. Lathe and stucco along with a waterproofing paint would be a good guess. The dome at the end of the video looks like it is covered with shingles so who knows what is under there. A huge step up, in both quality and strength, would be to incorporate a fiberglass shell into the mix. In the composites industry it's called sandwich construction. The skins carry the load and the foam in the middle stabilizes the skin. Plus, at what appears to be 4 or 5 inches of foam, you'd have an insulation value of somewhere between R26-R33. Another leap would be to mold in a lap joint at each seam. You could then bond the panels together for even more structural integrity. Each step up in technology would obviously cost more but for every 2x in cost, you'd probably gain 10x in structure. This wouldn't be beyond a person's abilities if they were handy. You could learn the various skills needed watching KZread videos on fiberglass construction and mold building and doing some small projects to get a feel for the materials.

If that is urethane panel construction. I would be concerned about fire resistance without fire proof coating the surfaces.

Muchas gracias Miguel. Por supuesto ya al ensamblar la casa llevaría forro por dentro y por supuesto por fuera.. No soy especialista en construcción pero me imagino algo como stucco y eso le daría más protección al foam.

The Japanese was the first one doing these prefab dome houses. You can build it with sandbag tube and seal outside/inside with plaster.

about the dome, they make some thing with very nice isolation, but the dome on top where all the hot air is going is single glass
